Great splash pad for young kids (toddlers) as they have a shallow pool and a deep diving pool.

Brought it to a lifeguard's attention, they literally said "that is his area". We left after this comment. There appeared to be actual feces in the kiddie pool area. Not a just a little. The lifeguards at the diving boards did not ensure that yellow bands were on little kids' wrists. My nephew went over there and was obviously not 12. Nothing done. I took him away and put him where he belonged. I had three kids with me all different ages and heights. Lifeguards need to be lifeguards and not be checking out other teenagers and playing games amongst themselves. It was very obvious. Sad really. Won't be back.

Seems like everyone is following the rules and having so much fun! They will allow you to bring your own food, tables, and chairs in! They have a snack bar that seems to have something for everyone with great prices! The price to get in is so affordable at eight dollars per child. It's the cheapest fun you can have! If you're a parent/caregiver and you want to swim, it will cost you the same but if you just want to go in it, it's five dollars to enter. We typically stay the full rec time that is 3 1/2 hours. We absolutely love it. The splash pad for the younger kids is really awesome with a waterslide that's perfect for youngsters! That waterslide is so much fun and these little ones have a blast! I highly recommend!

The class that I was in was 25 minutes, and they make sure that its 25 minutes and not a second more. Dont get me wrong, you can really learn a lot from instructors if you show up and apply yourself. One recommendation for Finley would be to pull someone who is holding a class behind. Its not benefiting them in anyway and a lot of attention gets put on them leaving the rest standing(swimming) around alone. Implement a plan where someone can retake the first week of classes instead of allowing then to go on to week 2 when they're still struggling with week 1 assignments. Just be aware of this if you decide to sign up for any of their courses.

Thinking about trying water aerobics? Good for you! Watch out for the cranky water fitness instructor (she's been there forever). Her classes offer a combination of the same exact set of movements on repeat sprinkled generously with yelling and general crankiness. You'll understand what I mean as soon as you take her class. Lap Swim Hot Tip: I tried lap swim for the first time, and was quickly educated by another swimmer about one of the unwritten 'rules'; when sharing a lane, always let the swimmer in the lane know you are entering.

It's available daily for up to two hours per child. Theres one downstairs for younger children and one upstairs for older kids. They also have parents night out events that let you drop your kids off for pizza and movies. They have lots of options to choose between for all types of fitness levels and interests. They have a great weight room area and equally great machine area, they have yoga rooms, stationary bike room, a rock climbing wall and much more. The recreational pool is heated, lap pool isn't and the kiddie pool isn't either but it's a great cold plunge in the winter. I usually hit that then the sauna before my workouts. They have a basketball court inside and pickle ball courts outside in the back which always has action on them. Theres so much more they offer but I still have not had the chance to try it all out. Their juice/ snack bar is amazing. The soups and wraps are fire!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids. The staff is great and the place is clean. Can't think of anything negative about this place to be honest.

I was definitely able to complete my workout, I just had to compromise a bit on some of the weights because a lot were being used. I wouldn't say it's run down, but it doesn't feel like a new, fresh gym. It feels really bright inside and gives kind of a hospital cafeteria vibe in the locker rooms. I know that doesn't really make sense, but it's what I thought about when I was in there. , so I guess it makes sense to me. The staff was helpful and friendly, everything seemed to be in good, working order, and it was overall a fine gym. Definitely nicer than the 24 hour fitness in my hometown, but nowhere near as nice as, say... Equinox. It's a "get her done" type of gym, and, I don't know about you, but I am always excited to be DONE with a workout. I did think it was funny that they were selling GIANT cookies in the cafe in the club. Seems counterintuitive to being fit and healthy, but whatever. Don't get me wrong, I definitely LOVE a good, giant cookie, I just think they should have healthier options. And maybe they do, but I was blinded by the giant cookie and kept walking right. on. by.

They helped my four-year-old granddaughter overcome her absolute fear of getting into the pool. Within minutes, Will and Gwynn coaxed her in and the next thing you know she is laughing and playing games. She has progressed beautifully into the starfish float, a lifesaving skill and will continue until she can swim on her own. She loves it and all of the swim instructors are kind, patient, professional and fun. I think Gwynn's singing the ABC's to her to time the starfish float helps her hang in there! Will is amazing too. His skilled, encouraging and gentle guidance has Naomi comfortable and happy. They even provide written updates on your child's progress. The facility is also beautiful and in a great location!
