Marc demonstrated extreme care with our furniture and everything was wrapped to protect our sofa, tv's and bureaus. Jose did a fantastic job playing Tetris loading the truck. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. So l informed Allen and within a week the fellows returned to Bloomfield, New Jersey all the way from Brooklyn and attempted to tighten the headboard with unfortunately less than great success, despite much effort. It didn't occur to me until they'd left that the rails must have been reversed so yet again the gentleman returned and spent at least 45 minutes to reverse the rails with much better results.
