Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. He was super nice and down to Earth when speaking to me. The move was not big at all, basically gathering things from a closet and shipping them down to us. The phone reception was trash at the facility, so he had to call me on a land line. He had to keep running back and forth to where the items were located and talk to me on the phone, as we did not want everything sent back to us. He was so kind and patient during the whole process.
