    Breakfast sandwich on croissant

Daddy daughter date at "the coffee shop" as my little sweetheart calls it! Breakfast sandwich on croissant, kids biscuits and gravy & pancake. All delish! Great time with my baby girl. Wonderful service to boot!

We discovered this little cafe in Starke a while back- we were coming home with our grandson and stopped for lunch and I instantly liked the cafe- they have a good size play area for little kids! Very family friendly & the service and food is stellar! This last visit was for breakfast and was fabulous and I took a slice of coffee cake to go and it was the best! The french toast was incredible- mine was the side serving and my son-in-law had the full size plate called the Plank- and it was! Great little restaurant and we will be back!

Quick stop on our way through town-so glad we did! Hubby had the classic breakfast-he said it was good, grits were salty and tasted instant though. I had the Tuscan Chicken Panini and am now in love with this little cafe! Seriously one of THE best sandwiches I've ever had! So flavorful and just delicious! Staff was very friendly, restaurant is super clean and spacious! We will be back for that Panini again!!

    Omelette, BLT, Country Potato Salad

We stopped at this adorable little cafe on our road trip with our baby and dog. We sat outside and enjoyed the most pleasant experience. The food was absolutely delicious - best BLT and potato salad that I've had, maybe ever! We also ordered an omelette that was very yummy. The service was wonderful, we felt so welcome and well taken care of! There is a little children's play area in the front of the restaurant which came in clutch! Overall 10/10!

We are on a cross-country RV trip with our 2 pups. We wanted breakfast, and Starke was a good location for a stop. Out of all the breakfast restaurants in a wide area, this was the only one that had any fresh fruit or vegetables on the menu! So we went there! Ordered 2 breakfasts, the delightful young woman taking my order told me that bakery items were 2 for 1, so I got 2: a blueberry scone, and a blueberry muffin with orange marmalade on top! The food was good, I'd return if we drive this way again! Cute place in a small rural FL town! They have a cute little play area for little ones, too! Oh, dogs aren't allowed, it's just indoor space!

Heading to Amelia Island for a couple days and stopped in Starke to a local cafe. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. This local place was wide open with farm type tables and chairs, a kids nook play area, and a sofa with reading materials. We ordered breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious and served fresh and piping hot. The place is so quaint and chill very relaxing ambiance. When passing through Starke this is a must stop. Kamyo was our server and was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

We were on a looong road trip and after searching for a decent place to order to-go lunch, we found this cafe. We ordered over the phone and the sandwich and smoothie was ready when we pulled up. Easy to get to from 301! We had the mushroom melt and the orange smoothie. Both were great and so much better than any of the fast food options. Arguably - this place was faster if you call 20 minutes before arrival.

Food is great. Service is good depending on the time of day you may have to wait a little bit for service but it's worth it.

The exterior is clean and simple. When you walk in, it's clean, simple, and a bit Chip and Joanna-esque, which I love. I was quickly greeted and told I could sit anywhere. I was given a menu and their drink menu. After being off coffee for a week, I saw that they make their own coffee syrups, so I got an iced decaf almond milk latte with their salted caramel syrup. While I waited, I looked over the menu. I really wanted to try the french toast or the waffle, but opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and cup of their cheese grits. The latte came out quickly and tasted exquisite. Sometimes you get decaf and it tastes watery, but not this latte. My friend ordered a salad with grilled chicken on top. Everythign came out quickly. The first thing I noticed were the cheese grits. They were delicious. Rich, creamy, and flavorful. Get them. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was also really good. They sell coffee at their shop to bring home.

It was just after noon on a Friday when we arrived and there was a 10-minute wait for a table. Upon being seated, we were presented the menu. We both considered ordering the Reuben Sandwich but I opted instead for the Club Sandwich on Ciabatta (as recommended by our server) and a side of Seafood Chowder. We both just ordered water with a slice of lemon to drink. Our server eventually came back with my wife's Reuben sandwich served with a bag of chips and she also had my cup of chowder, commenting how the club sandwich will be served shortly. My wife liked her Reuben, with tender meat and sharp sauerkraut. She also liked how the rye bread held up to the strong flavors. My chowder was equally good but it wasn't served with crackers. We waited a while for our server to return so I could ask for some crackers but she went ghost on us. Finally, more than 10 minutes after my wife was served her sandwich, a gentleman, who we can only assume was the manager, came over to ask if I've been served my club sandwich. Of course I pointed to a clean table to indicate no sighting of my sandwich and I also asked for some crackers. A few minutes later, the same man came back with some crackers and apologized for a mix up in the back. That's when I told them to forget the club sandwich so we can be on our way. To the manager's credit, he had the club sandwich boxed up and gave it to me free of charge. He was very apologetic. I was still a bit miffed and thought about leaving the sandwich there but my wife convinced me otherwise. Needless to say, service wasn't at the forefront during that dining experience. Despite the service mix up, however, I was still inclined to give this place 4 stars for the taste and quality of the food. The staff can have some inconsistencies and I tend to believe that's not the norm for this establishment which has earned high marks on Yelp.
