Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my son to get his refund? And then they send a follow-up text explaining that "Your last clean was an hourly rate," No this is not what you committed to IN WRITING. During this two week time frame, representatives called me everyday as if I was a new customer resulting in having to explain the cleaning needed and date requirements. After two weeks, after calling MaidPro I was told they couldn't our cleaning in their schedule. When asked about why the early representatives who called me didn't share this information the person on the phone had no response. Very poor customer service regarding being upfront about availability and personnel sounding like they were responding from a written script and couldn't answer questions not included in the script. Can't comment on their cleaning service as they couldn't deliver what they promised on my initial call!

Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic.

Also, we had no idea how quickly she would be returning home. Martha brought her team early the following day and cleaned every detail of the house including steam cleaning the carpets, and washing drapes and linens to be sure the environment was safe and comfortable for our mother to return!
