ABSOLUTE DISASTER. This place is a complete joke. We waited over an HOUR for a basic breakfast sandwich and never even got the food. Then after wasting all that time, it still took forever just to get a refund, and the CHILD working at the pickup window where I requested a refund had the nerve to get rude and attitude-filled when I asked for a receipt. Here's a thought: if your kitchen is drowning and can't keep up, STOP TAKING ORDERS. People who ordered online at 7:00 and 8:00 AM were STILL standing there at 9:30 waiting for food. That's beyond ridiculous -- that's straight incompetence. The staff acted careless, unapologetic, and completely unbothered while customers stood around angry and hungry. Nobody communicated, nobody cared, and the entire place felt chaotic and poorly managed. I've honestly seen better organization at a middle school fundraiser. A breakfast sandwich should not take longer than a doctor's appointment. This business clearly does not value customers' time, money, or basic respect. We were impressed with the food truck and its speed and organization during a busy morning rush. My friend got a chicken BLT and she enjoyed it as well. I waited in a 15-20 minute line to get some bagels. In front of me was this posted menu which matched what I saw online. It stated that you could buy bulk bagels. I was trying to buy six bagels. When it was finally my turn (again after a lengthy wait), I was informed I could not buy any bagels, only sandwiches. I was then late to an event I had told people I was bringing bagels too. Our experience with Call Your Mother this morning was extremely disappointing. On arrival there were 2-3 groups who were waiting for their order, and tables with folks eating all over. We ordered two Sun City bagel breakfast sandwiches and gave our number to get texted when our food was ready. Over the next 30+ minutes we watched as a pile of online takeout and DoorDash orders gathered at the window while those of us who had ordered in person stood around waiting. At 30 minutes in I heard the woman running the checkout say that they were 15-20 minutes behind to a couple who had walked up. Finally when our order was ready we were dismissed with a quick, "sorry for the wait bro." My wife's sandwich was hot and exactly as ordered, mine was stone cold and was missing the egg. I can understand that orders can get backed up, but the lack of communication and ensuring orders are correct when they are paid for and tipped when ordering is ridiculous to me. read more

Call Your Mother always hits. Happy to have this pop-up so close to my home that we were able to go for my birthday breakfast! Even for a Monday, there were several people. We ordered the SunCity and ThunderBird breakfast sandwiches and both were great (& messy). On 8/15/26 at 10:38 AM at the Aspen Grove location, my husband and I ordered our bagels. I ordered a cinnamon-raisin with plain cream cheese and my husband ordered a Royal Palm. We were told it would be about 15 minutes. Almost an hour later we were still waiting for our order and we were hearing the employees telling a few people that the salmon was frozen. I went to the counter to cancel our order and was told our order had just come up BUT for the wait, the employee said he would cancel my order. It didn't get cancelled and we didn't receive what we ordered. Instead of getting the much more expensive Royal Palm (which has salmon on it) they chose, without asking us, to give us two cinnamon-raisin bagels with cream cheese. I contacted them via the contact link on their website and they never answered nor have I received any credit for the more expensive bagel sandwich that we didn't receive. The correct way for this to have been handled is that the employee should have let us know right away that the salmon wasn't available and let my husband chose a different option but no, they let us wait for an hour and then gave us two lesser items, one of which we didn't want and they stole our money from us because the replacement they chose for us was a much less expensive item. We were huge fans of this shop but now we'll never go back. read more

The bagels were really good, not really the most chewy exterior but the peach cream cheese tastes so artificial and you can't even taste cream cheese at all. The candied salmon cream cheese wasn't even worth it very foul taste and again no cream cheese flavor. We placed an order online the day before for pick up at the Aspen Grove location for Mother's Day. At the time we were scheduled for pick up we received a call that they could not fulfill the order, leaving us stranded. They could have notified us hours before so we'd be better prepared. The right thing to have done was to prioritize an order received more than 24 hours prior. So sorry just doesn't cover this poor service! read more

I so wanted to love this place. I love the name but beyond that there is nothing Jewish or deli about it. Friendly staff although they forgot our drinks and napkins. Which is bad because you have to either eat at one of the picnic tables in the parking lot or in your car. Bagels are okay but the deli meat looks and tastes like Oscar Mayer. Nothing special at all.
