This place used to have a great selection cakes. Whatever happened to it?? After work (my office is a walking distance to this gelato shop), I needed to satisfy my little sweet tooth so going to this place was simply the perfect occasion. After not using this business for so long, things weren't the same. Liked what I said at the beginning, they had a large section and selection of cakes. I unfortunately saw only a few of them. None of them truly appealed to me so I was forced to opt for some gelato. Young people in their late teens were mostly in charge the front. They were all polite and respectful to me. A few of them assisted me to give me samples of a few different types. I didn't need a huge cup of ice cream (I mean gelato) so I kindly and politely asked them if they could mostly give me the cake batter kind with a hint of coffee one on top. They usually don't do this as the smallest cups can only fit one scoop of one flavor. They made an exception for me. Hopefully I wasn't too difficult. My tiny and modest gelato was creamy and well made. As a matter of fact it was quite amazing. And the size small was indeed just the right amount (I am older now; gotta watch how I eat!!) The shop is impeccably almost always clean. The decors match the shop's theme. I am glad that I made a quick stop this afternoon. read more

We tried the place as a last minute dessert option. It is a part of a center near a hospital and surrounded by food establishments and appt complexes. The decoration is simple and light to the feeling, employees were courteous and approachable. They had a fund raising activity so a lot of family with children at that day. They got a good selection and I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry. You guys need to try it! It was delicious! I'm sad that my contract is done, but will surely want to comeback in this area sometime in the future. read more

I had such an enjoyable experience here and can't wait to revisit this summer for frozen treats, which should help keep the toasty temps somewhat bearable. Our servers were friendly and helpful, while the bathroom was clean, well stocked and tastefully designed. My husband and I loved our flavorful coffee on ice, and they do offer SF vanilla and SF hazelnut syrup options as well. They do not have any 'no sugar added' gelato available on the menu, however, if there are members in your party with diabetes or similar dietary restrictions. Hopefully they'll expand the menu for such, in the future. This company does offer catering services, with an adorably quaint cart included. The refrigerated birthday cakes and skittle-colored macaroons looked to die for scrumptious and the artwork completely stunning. Definitely recommend if you're planning a pool party or if the kids are craving something cool following sports played in the scorching heat. We got the Straciatella cookie sandwiches which were really cute but they were just okay. The "cookie" texture was more like a mixture between a cracker and a graham cracker and tested more like a gluten free cookie than the traditional cookie sandwich. I'd give the gelato a shot in the future, but neither of us would order these sandwiches again. read more

Everything I tried here is so yummy and exactly taste like flavor of the flavor name. Nothing fancy, just simple delicious Italian style is e cream! The ambience is very family friendly. I enjoy watching the people here, old or young, they're all experiencing brain freeze and happiness at the same time. Loved the vibes and the gelato was amazing. We had the rocher, apple cider, and wild berry heart. I was really impressed by the flavors and the texture would 100% recommend. I loved my berry heart. So cute and tasted amazing. Service was nice too. However the tiramisu was not good. It tasted sour and the cream just didn't seem fresh and there was too much of it. Would not get that ever again. This was my 2nd time getting gelato and it was SO much better than the first time. The first place had a weird aftertaste to it but a friend recommended this place and raved about it. I got 2 scoops (coffee and cookies and cream) in a waffle cone for $6.90 and you can see the workers take care to ensure everything is sanitary as they used 2 napkins to ensure they're not touching the waffle cones themselves. They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from but I wanted to stick to something basic to compare. The coffee was soooo good! The flavor was good and it paired well with the cookies and cream which was also good! The cookies weren't soft and mushy in it (which I don't like the soft cookies in cookies and cream ice cream so this was great!) I think the manager was the one who rang us up and she seemed really nice and sweet! She thanked us for coming in and also noticed we were done and offered to toss our cups and other trash away which we were just waiting to toss when we left. The shop itself is cute and modern and they had a looooot of other desserts and drinks instead of gelato only. I can't wait to go back and highly recommend this place for any dessert lover! read more

Last night our family wanted a sweet treat and we had been eyeing this place for a little over 2 weeks. When we first arrived we were met with a lengthy line - which showed promise of this being just as good as we hoped. The team was able to get through the line with speed and dazzling customer service, we only waited about 3 minutes to be at the counter picking our flavors. The variety in their flavors was refreshing, you could select something on the more fruity side like Wildberry or treat yourself to a treasure modeled after your favorite dessert like Brownie Batter. We settled on dulce de leche, key lime pie and cookie dough and we were all sooo satisfied. It was the perfect balance of sweet and light making it easy to enjoy on a hot day. The serving sizes are fairly large too (all of us got a small). We will definitely be back, the place was super cute and filled with laughter. read more

What a lovely surprise to find this hopping spot in Highlands Ranch! We stopped by here on a Saturday night after dinner and the line almost out the door told us we had come to the right spot. Even though there were a lot of people in line, it moved fast, regardless of everyone getting multiple samples of gelato (not hating because I was one of those people too!) They have standard gelato flavors and I went with old faithful to take me back to my days in Italy....pistachio! It was perfect and you can add a wafer to compliment your gelato. I got a piece of tiramisu to go and while the portion was generous, it was really dry and didn't have a strong espresso flavor which was a bummer to me since coffee is life. Staff was hustling and super friendly, I will be stopping by here again when I'm in this part of town and looking for something sweet! read more

Gelato & Co impressed me. I thought that I was just in for gelato, but I was surprised to find that there was more to the place than ice cream. Gelato & Co was a one-stop shop for all things desserts. In addition to gelato, they had pastries, cannoli, popsicles, cake pops, ice cream sandwiches, little artisan cakes, etc. I love a affogato, and I love hot cocoa bombs. The fact that Gelato & Co had affogato bombs was sheer genius. Yes, they took the best of both worlds and create a whole new dessert experience. The affogato bombs had dark chocolate shells and came in two flavor fillings of gelato: vanilla and hazelnut. I opted for the vanilla, which I felt you can't go wrong since it's such a classic flavor. The server packed the affogato bomb in a takeaway box. I looked at him and asked, "Where's the espresso?" I guess I misunderstood that the bomb didn't come with the coffee. When I realized that the espresso came separately, I told the server that I'll pass on it and brew myself one at home with my Nespresso machine. I absolutely loved the affogato bomb. First of all, it was a fun thing to make at home. Secondly, the flavors were really nice. The best part of the drink was toward the bottom of the mug where all that dark chocolate melted goodness sat. After the shell melted away from the bomb, it had the viscosity of chocolate syrup. read more

This place has some of the richest and tastiest gelato in Colorado. The Pistachio was amazing and it wasn't artificially made overly green. The strawberry was also rich, but not overpoweringly sweet. What lands this four stars versus five is the tiramisu was quite dry. I would not recommend it. Also the service was a bit awkward. This place was awesome to try. It seems like most people just get the gelato and leave so there is always room for sitting. We were able to try the Pistachio which was so nutty and flavorful. As well as the coconut which was deliciously creamy. They have an option for grab n go cakes. They also have more than just gelato like Macarons, tiramisu, etc. I will say the flow of the place is not the best. So it feels chaotic a hit And it didn't seem like there was a good flow with the employees either. The employees took their time which made it feel like they were really putting in the effort to make sure the experience was there! I didn't except for the place to look the way it did since I have never been. But seriously the cutest place to go in HR! Ambiance was great! read more

I've found one of my favorite dessert places in Colorado! This place is such a gem and I am so glad we stumbled upon it. We were looking for a cold treat this summer and found Gelato & Co. Initially when we arrived, we were taken back by the long line that kept growing and practically out the door but the wait actually wasn't bad at all. We joined the end of the line and were only waiting for about 10 minutes until it was our turn. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a great variety of options for something fruity or something creamy. We were able to sample a few of the flavors each, and then made our choices. The staff was also really efficient and friendly. My current favorites so far are definitely the Limoncello, Watermelon and Cookies & Cream. This is the perfect place to get a cold treat during the hot summer days! read more

I had a hankering for a sweet treat at the end of my workday a couple of weeks ago (a bit unusual for me - I'm more of a savory than sweet person). So I surprised my wife by taking her out to this cute new-to-us spot. This establishment features delicious, rich and creamy Italian ice cream (gelato) made by hand in-house. One to four scoops per serving, with a multitude of different flavors and toppings to choose from. I got a 3-scoop bowl with Rocher, Pistachio and Mint Chocolate Chip, with melted chocolate and whipped cream toppings, and enjoyed every bite. There are adorable, funny photos of kids wearing their ice cream cones adorning the walls, a nice fireplace, and attractive displays of their gelati and pastries. Their pastries look absolutely scrumptious. When I return, I'll take a pastry home for the next day. It's a bit pricey, but the product is good enough to justify it. I highly recommend a visit when your sweet tooth gets the better of you. read more

They offer coffee, different kinds of treats including treats for your furry friend ;) and then there's the gelato! Yum! The pistachio ice cream is just the perfect amount of sweet with what seems to be real pistachios ground in the mix. A real pistachio flavor that satisfies.
