We tried the place as a last minute dessert option. It is a part of a center near a hospital and surrounded by food establishments and appt complexes. The decoration is simple and light to the feeling, employees were courteous and approachable. They had a fund raising activity so a lot of family with children at that day. They got a good selection and I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry. You guys need to try it! It was delicious! I had such an enjoyable experience here and can't wait to revisit this summer for frozen treats, which should help keep the toasty temps somewhat bearable. Our servers were friendly and helpful, while the bathroom was clean, well stocked and tastefully designed. My husband and I loved our flavorful coffee on ice, and they do offer SF vanilla and SF hazelnut syrup options as well. They do not have any 'no sugar added' gelato available on the menu, however, if there are members in your party with diabetes or similar dietary restrictions. Hopefully they'll expand the menu for such, in the future. This company does offer catering services, with an adorably quaint cart included. The refrigerated birthday cakes and skittle-colored macaroons looked to die for scrumptious and the artwork completely stunning. Definitely recommend if you're planning a pool party or if the kids are craving something cool following sports played in the scorching heat. I didn't have a pleasant experience with this business once in the past so I was a bit hesitant to revisit it to be frank. I glad that I gave it a chance today. Well, it could be because I was the only customer at the time but to be served by a peppy worker with attention to detail, my experience today was pretty good. One thing about this cute cake/ice cream parlor is the fact the it's always sparkling clean. Mostly white interior makes the whole place roomy where you never feel stifled. Since I had the whole place to myself for the first 10 minutes I took the luxury of sitting at the fireplace: the most inviting area with hearth. I got me a single shot of espresso with a side milk. And a mini cannoli. The espresso cup is/was branded with an adorable logo/design. Could this be cuter than this?? All the products looked so fresh (especially the gelato); nothing looked old or messy. It's a great representation of how a cake/ice cream shop should be. We got the Straciatella cookie sandwiches which were really cute but they were just okay. The "cookie" texture was more like a mixture between a cracker and a graham cracker and tested more like a gluten free cookie than the traditional cookie sandwich. Loved the vibes and the gelato was amazing. We had the rocher, apple cider, and wild berry heart. I was really impressed by the flavors and the texture would 100% recommend. I loved my berry heart. Last night our family wanted a sweet treat and we had been eyeing this place for a little over 2 weeks. When we first arrived we were met with a lengthy line - which showed promise of this being just as good as we hoped. The team was able to get through the line with speed and dazzling customer service, we only waited about 3 minutes to be at the counter picking our flavors. The variety in their flavors was refreshing, you could select something on the more fruity side like Wildberry or treat yourself to a treasure modeled after your favorite dessert like Brownie Batter. We settled on dulce de leche, key lime pie and cookie dough and we were all sooo satisfied. It was the perfect balance of sweet and light making it easy to enjoy on a hot day. The serving sizes are fairly large too (all of us got a small). We will definitely be back, the place was super cute and filled with laughter. read more

This was my 2nd time getting gelato and it was SO much better than the first time. The first place had a weird aftertaste to it but a friend recommended this place and raved about it. I got 2 scoops (coffee and cookies and cream) in a waffle cone for $6.90 and you can see the workers take care to ensure everything is sanitary as they used 2 napkins to ensure they're not touching the waffle cones themselves. They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from but I wanted to stick to something basic to compare. The coffee was soooo good! The flavor was good and it paired well with the cookies and cream which was also good! The cookies weren't soft and mushy in it (which I don't like the soft cookies in cookies and cream ice cream so this was great!) I think the manager was the one who rang us up and she seemed really nice and sweet! She thanked us for coming in and also noticed we were done and offered to toss our cups and other trash away which we were just waiting to toss when we left. The shop itself is cute and modern and they had a looooot of other desserts and drinks instead of gelato only. The gelato flavors here are always diverse and delicious! The interior of the establishment is fresh, clean, comfortable and modern-tastefully designed and decorated for their customers. So often, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops have a funky smell, but there is not a trace of that within this establishment. What a lovely surprise to find this hopping spot in Highlands Ranch! We stopped by here on a Saturday night after dinner and the line almost out the door told us we had come to the right spot. Even though there were a lot of people in line, it moved fast, regardless of everyone getting multiple samples of gelato (not hating because I was one of those people too!) They have standard gelato flavors and I went with old faithful to take me back to my days in Italy....pistachio! It was perfect and you can add a wafer to compliment your gelato. I got a piece of tiramisu to go and while the portion was generous, it was really dry and didn't have a strong espresso flavor which was a bummer to me since coffee is life. Gelato & Co impressed me. I thought that I was just in for gelato, but I was surprised to find that there was more to the place than ice cream. Gelato & Co was a one-stop shop for all things desserts. In addition to gelato, they had pastries, cannoli, popsicles, cake pops, ice cream sandwiches, little artisan cakes, etc. I love a affogato, and I love hot cocoa bombs. The fact that Gelato & Co had affogato bombs was sheer genius. Yes, they took the best of both worlds and create a whole new dessert experience. The affogato bombs had dark chocolate shells and came in two flavor fillings of gelato: vanilla and hazelnut. I opted for the vanilla, which I felt you can't go wrong since it's such a classic flavor. The server packed the affogato bomb in a takeaway box. I looked at him and asked, "Where's the espresso?" I guess I misunderstood that the bomb didn't come with the coffee. When I realized that the espresso came separately, I told the server that I'll pass on it and brew myself one at home with my Nespresso machine. I absolutely loved the affogato bomb. First of all, it was a fun thing to make at home. Secondly, the flavors were really nice. The best part of the drink was toward the bottom of the mug where all that dark chocolate melted goodness sat. Initially when we arrived, we were taken back by the long line that kept growing and practically out the door but the wait actually wasn't bad at all. We joined the end of the line and were only waiting for about 10 minutes until it was our turn. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a great variety of options for something fruity or something creamy. We were able to sample a few of the flavors each, and then made our choices. The staff was also really efficient and friendly. My current favorites so far are definitely the Limoncello, Watermelon and Cookies & Cream. As well as the coconut which was deliciously creamy. They have an option for grab n go cakes. They also have more than just gelato like Macarons, tiramisu, etc. I will say the flow of the place is not the best. So it feels chaotic a hit And it didn't seem like there was a good flow with the employees either. I had a hankering for a sweet treat at the end of my workday a couple of weeks ago (a bit unusual for me - I'm more of a savory than sweet person). So I surprised my wife by taking her out to this cute new-to-us spot. This establishment features delicious, rich and creamy Italian ice cream (gelato) made by hand in-house. One to four scoops per serving, with a multitude of different flavors and toppings to choose from. I got a 3-scoop bowl with Rocher, Pistachio and Mint Chocolate Chip, with melted chocolate and whipped cream toppings, and enjoyed every bite. There are adorable, funny photos of kids wearing their ice cream cones adorning the walls, a nice fireplace, and attractive displays of their gelati and pastries. Their pastries look absolutely scrumptious. When I return, I'll take a pastry home for the next day. It's a bit pricey, but the product is good enough to justify it. I highly recommend a visit when your sweet tooth gets the better of you. read more

Pinch me - I must be dreaming! I found a shop that sells all my guilty pleasures in one place. I came for the gelato but was seriously sidetracked by the baked goods. I limited myself to a gingerbread gateau which was absolutely amazing. I could taste the fresh ginger and cinnamon and the chocolate fudgy part put it over the top. I also got a cherry cookie for my daughter because she grew up on those and it made for a happy memory. I also had to limit myself to just a one pound container of gelato with cookies and cream and salted caramel flavors. The two pound container allows for 4 flavors and I could easily have abandoned all self control and gone that route. The flavors are rotated on a monthly basis. I spoke with the manager briefly and I asked about other locations since this one isn't near enough to my house for daily visits. He let me know that it is a franchise and the others are in the Cayman Islands, South Florida, and Europe. Unfortunately they are not looking for someone to visit all the locations and sample everything - purely for quality control (insert sad face here). It was obvious to me that they put lots of care into each handmade baked item. The gelato cakes looked like the perfect addition to any celebration and the cups of gelato are guaranteed to cheer up anyone. Amazingly cute and delicious! I went here after having dinner at Rock Bottom Brewery next door. They have a cute fireplace and it was going when I got there! They left the flavors out on a side table and I really think that helped the decision making process flow quicker! They also had macaroons, cookies, and brownies! I got a small Stracciatella gelato! The gelato is fantastic, good flavors and consistency. The customer service particularly from all the female employees is very poor. Attitudes and their lack luster effort in scooping each scoop literally short changes you. When you pay top dollor you expect at least to get the same amount each time. There is a significant difference when the female staff is scooping the ice cream, so much so it discourages us to even want to order when they are serving. I hope management is able to address this with the current staff because it will effect your business read more
