I only ordered a chocolate chip cookie off the menu, but I would definitely go back to try some of their drinks. They share a parking lot with several other businesses so it could get a little crowded. I went with about six people and everyone else ordered a drink and a little dessert. The inside does have a couple of chair, chairs and table tables for seating. We were lucky and got the booth and then just squished the other table and chairs together. Everyone said the drinks were super yummy and so I'll definitely have to go back to try one. The chocolate chip cookie was nice and warm. The cashier was really kind and noticed how we all came in together and still took his time and made all the drink orders were accurate so that was really nice. They did a catering order for me for my birthday party and everyone loved them! I got catering for 25 bahn mi sandwiches and 40 spring rolls, and it was delicious. I can't comment about their food but I can say their customer service is horrible and I would not trust them. They apparently donated gift cards to a local facebook group to be given as a prize on a monthly drawing. We received two of their gift cards which we were told were $10 a piece. Yesterday, we went to use them for dinner, ordered our dinner and tried to use the gift cards. After numerous attempts by the clerk, she got the manager who told us there was no value attached to the card. So they apparently donated worthless gift cards to promote their restaurant. This is such a cute little boba place that offers more than boba. The employees are all really sweet and nice. I really wanted to love Tiger Den Tea House. It came highly recommended on Reddit as having the best boba tea in the area, so we came in with high hopes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, expecting something rich and flavorful. Instead, it tasted like plain milk--almost no sweetness, no depth, just... bland. We were so let down by it that we ended up throwing out about three-quarters of the drink because it just wasn't worth the calories. The taro milk tea was a little better, but still underwhelming. Even the boba itself had an odd texture and lacked flavor, which is kind of the whole point of good boba! On the plus side, it was happy hour, so we got one of the drinks half off. That was a nice treat, but not enough to save the experience. Service was fine, and the ambiance of the shop was average and unremarkable--nothing to write home about. Overall, we walked away feeling really disappointed. Maybe we just caught them on an off day, but I don't think we'll be rushing back anytime soon. read more

The fact that Highlands Ranch now has a decent milk tea place that not only sells milk tea and fruit teas, but also hot food items is a prayer answered! Right next to one of my favorite coffee shops, festive cup, I love that this neighborhood now has a boba shop. Super cute, modern, and minimal seating. The ube taro brown sugar milk tea wowed me, but the honeydew didn't. I bet their honeydew smoothie would be amazing, plus I'm eager to try their fresh fruit teas in hopes it's like (or better) than Sharetea who seems to never be open. And I have high hopes for their hot food items like their Bahn mi or noodle plate. We only did a short visit here and I enjoyed the ambience and the customer service. Popped in for a little boba date with my daughter, and we had a nice time. The shopping center where Tiger Den is located is a little off the beaten path, so I'm glad the good reviews led me here. Just came home from this newest boba / tea place. The beef banh mi was recommended, so I ordered that sandwich plus ube taro sugar drink. Because it was their grand opening, they gave me a discount on my order. The beef banh mi was very good. The hot peppers in the sandwich were just that...HOT! I had the beef, so I am not sure if the pork would be better? The bread was crunchy. It was not overwhelming with pickled stuff, so I was able to enjoyed eating the beef and tasting it. The price you are paying for the sandwich is for the beef. Lots of slices of beef, and I thought they were well marinated. The ube taro drink was so good! I was in love at the first sip! The owner shared with me about their taro drinks. They are made fresh and not from powder. You can really tell the quality to it. They also offer sweet treats and other food items. If you are there and want to try something, I highly recommend their crab cheese wontons. Freshly made and deliciously good with their dipping sauce. There were 3 short tables with a long couch on one side and a longer table with some higher chairs. Finally tried the boba place that is not too far from home - yay! The boba - really, really good! I loved the texture, and though a couple were frozen by the time we got down to the very end of our drinks, it was literally just two or so. The strawberry mojito that I got was delicious!! I wish I would have stirred it at the beginning, because the sweetness primarily remained in the top layer, and then the middle needed a little bit of the sweetness - next time! I've heard about this place through friends and various fundraisers with our school, but we finally stopped by tonight and wish we did sooner! The location is in a small shopping center with a good amount of parking. The staff here is SO friendly and attentive and made us feel like family. There is some seating inside and the ambience is chill, welcoming and not too loud. Their menu and food items definitely make this place a hidden gem. The owners here had a restaurant for decades, so in addition to various boba teas and slushees, they also offer Vietnamese fare including spring rolls, banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches), rice and noodle bowls. Also if you like taro, I highly recommend their taro milk tea. It's absolutely delicious and doesn't have that artificial aftertaste that many other boba places have. Spring rolls were really good until my daughter pulled a long piece of hair out of hers. Rather unappetizing after seeing that. Wish it was hers but it was inside of the roll.
