When Tom and Ben arrived, they introduced themselves with handshakes and smiles, and then Tom proceeded to not miss a beat: he roll on the ground under the partially open door, assessed the situation within minutes, popped up standing on the other side to explain what he and Ben were going to do. The door was bent, the track was bent, and several wheels were dangling. We, for sure, thought we had to replace the whole door. Not at all.
