Upon arrival, she was friendly and well-prepared to provide what I needed. After set up, she found a great natural light area in the living room, and she started with my hair. After that, she worked on my make-up. Before finalizing everything, she asked me if there were any details I wanted to make sure to address. I provided some feedback, and Vanessa worked her magic. By the end of our time together, I could not believe how beautiful I looked! I had hired Vanessa to get me photo-ready for a photoshoot I was getting done at the house we were staying at. Everything was exactly what I envisioned, and I would absolutely hire her again in a heartbeat if I ever needed services when I am in the desert again. I was the other half of that double booking today. I booked on the website so I was on the Schedule but the other client said she sent a text message. I was thinking of offering my appointment to her, but she left before I had a chance. She walked out even before giving the Raelynn a chance to make good on the situation. From my perspective this seemed like an unfortunate situation, but the salon did want to make it right somehow.
