This whole sofa-buying thing has been a total fiasco for me. Since I cannot punch everyone involved in a parallel fashion, however, it's worth noting that I would start with these guys first. Where to begin? False claims to the shipping company (and myself) that they'd attempted to contact me multiple times and schedule a delivery. Or there's the part where I spoke to a real person a grand total of one time, and she had no idea where my sofa was or any record of it ever being there, and promised to call me right back - and then didn't. Over the span of a week, I called them every day to leave a message asking what I could do to facilitate getting my sofa and never got a response. Or there's the part where I had to call the shipping company who was using them three times in three days - resulting in them calling these guys and their manager as well to leave "SRSLY CALL THIS CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW" voicemails - before I ever got a response from them on the third day (on day seven of this whole adventure). Or there's the part how when I did finally speak to their "Customer Care" rep - on whose voicemail I'd left 3 messages - she vaguely recalled getting a message from me and was pretty unapologetic about all of this. My sofa had been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks by that point. Or there's the fact that the delivery was scheduled for 2-5 pm when I checked online but (luckily) when I called at 8 am their dispatch was like, "Oh, they're going to be there in an hour!" Lucky me! To their credit: their delivery guys were pretty persistent about getting my sofa up the narrow flight of stairs after it kept getting stuck...but when I thanked them for their patience, they were like, "Well, we just don't want it back on our truck." I like writing positive, silly reviews on yelp; consider it my "thang," if you will. I don't really like slamming anyone's business and I feel like deep down anyone deserves some credit for making some sort of effort. Can't even begin to describe the unprofessional, unwilling, lazy attitude of the delivery personal working for this company. Not only would they not deliver a sofa I purchased into my condo, they wouldn't even carry it to the front door. It was amazing. I had to hire outside contractors to do the work. Their excuse, "The sofa won't fit up the stairs of my condo into the living room." And yet here I am sitting on the sofa in question, in my living room. All it took was a little effort and the ability to move furniture. Something you would think a moving company would have. The whole process took two weeks and three trips to my property. I mean I could go on and on and on but I think all the reviews on here do a pretty fair job of surmising the customer experience. Stay away, far far away if you can. PS. If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst delivery company. I can't get a hold of anyone and everyone else's comments are 100% true. THEY (yes, they) gave me the delivery date and time and then didn't show. This is after I called them 3 times that same day and they guaranteed that they would be there. I never got an apology and was told that this had happened a few times that day. While I was re-scheduling my delivery date and times, the woman nicely offered to have the delivery guys call me an hour before they arrived. Again, this is something that she brought up and offered, which of course never ended up happening. I had appointments all day long and happened to run home in between 2 of them hoping that I would be there at the right time. Of course, 5 minutes before I had to leave the truck shows up and parks on my street. I look outside 15 minutes later and they are sitting in their truck having lunch. I never received a phone call and had to go downstairs and tell them that I had to leave so they had to do the delivery now. I have since tried to call back and have left MULTIPLE messages with no phone call back. I called yet again today and tried 3 different extensions of people that I had previously talked to (all different people). Now when I call those three extensions it goes to the same person's voice mail? I will continue to call and have had the mattress place submit an official complaint. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. The one shining star is Drew - he got most of my wrath on his voice mail even though he had nothing to do with my original situation - all extensions seemed to go to his voice mail. I have worked for this company for 9 years and I would like to clear up a few things. Many of you have written about how terrible we are but the problem is that we deliver your purchases as directed by the national delivery company handling your order. For example, the complaint below from the person who purchased from AppliancesConnection.com. We deliver to all of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and north east Massachusetts. Because our delivery area is so large we actually do only deliver to many towns only once a week and we actually have some remote areas, such as the places close to the Canadian border, that we only deliver once every two weeks. As for your delivery window and not being able to rearrange the order of the deliveries to be done after noon, we really cannot change the order because we often only have one delivery in a town and then are off to another town. If we were making multiple deliveries in Concord,NH we certainly would have had the driver put your delivery to the end, but that is not how it worked out. I cannot address all of the complaints but I do want to say that we also have no choice about bringing the item into your home or taking it up the stairs. The companies that we deliver for such as AM Home Delivery, mentioned by Christopher in Salem, NH, often will not allow us to deliver into the home or up stairs as they rate them a basic or curb side delivery. They tell us that the service level on our paperwork is what we are to adhere to and that it cannot be changed unless the customer is willing to pay for the additional service. No one is perfect but I can say that we certainly try to make everyone's experience the best we possibly can. We make an average of 120 deliveries daily and there will always be some people who are not as happy as we would like them to be. This company is acting as a delivery agent for my order through Overstock.com. Because it was an oversized item, the item had to be shipped via freight and transferred over to a delivery service. The service picked up my item on Monday morning. They have my item in their warehouse and STILL have not scheduled delivery. They made a half-hearted effort to schedule it yesterday and haven't returned my call. I brought up my complaint with YRC Freight, the primary shipping company and they confirmed that everything has been passed over to Interstate Moving. Interstate didn't even respond to YRC - this experience has been awful all around. Highly recommend avoiding this company if you want anything done in a reasonable timeframe. Their customer service is unresponsive as well. I will edit this review if my experience suddenly changes. TERRIBLE. I have no idea how this company stays in business. Dealing with them will be a long, drawn-out process, a fight and struggle just to get the item you previously paid for. I ordered a dining table (total of two large boxes) from World Market. Here's what I dealt with... -Claims that they called to schedule a delivery time but they never actually called. - On my day of delivery I waited from 9am-5pm and no one showed up OR called. - I called the following morning only to find out they didn't have my entire shipment so it was never ready to be delivered in the first place. -Finally, a delivery was scheduled for the next week but when they showed they ONLY GAVE ME ONE OF MY ITEMS. -I called to make them aware of this a mere 15 minutes after they dropped off box#1, but waited on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me it was too late to turn around and bring back the second item and that they would call me to reschedule. -I was called to reschedule FOR THE THIRD TIME - and they informed me they couldn't come back for two more days. I kindly agreed to a window of 2 hours, 10-12 on they day they chose. I told the shipper I wasn't able to wait past noon. We agreed to a time before noon. -The next day I get a call saying they'll be there between noon and 2pm. I called AGAIN to make them aware that I didn't agree to that time the previous day and the shipper told me he made a note in the system that the package needed to be at my home before noon. -The next day I WAIT AGAIN and no package. I left for work at noon and called them to tell them to just leave the package at the door. I argued with the manager who told me they needed a signature. I ordered a new range from AppliancesConnection.com. Now I know why it was so cheap. Contracted through Interstate Moving & Storage for delivery, which has, oddly enough, been a ridiculous problem for them. I have a therapy appointment one day a month, and last Wednesday was the day. IM&S called to give me the window for my delivery for that same Wednesday, which was 9-1. My appointment was at 10, so I asked if I could have them just come later, any time after noon, which I felt was quite accommodating. I was told there was no way to shuffle the deliveries (which I know is a load of horse crap with my work experience...) and they could not deliver to my area any day but Wednesday. So I had to wait an additional week, living with 4 kids with no oven. Yay. Fast forward to today, the new delivery date, Wednesday again. I'm expecting a call an hour before delivery, so when the phone rang at 8 am I was stoked because I assumed my oven would be here for 9. Instead I get, "We ran into an issue where the truck was overfilled and we're going to have to reschedule you for tomorrow." I told the poor girl bearing the bad news that it was unacceptable and I needed to speak to someone else. (I know it's not her fault, so I tried to keep my blood pressure down for her sake.) She put me right through to Lance's voicemail, and I left him a fairly calm message letting him know the situation was unacceptable seeing as how last week I was told they can't deliver to my area any day but Wednesday but now because they effed up overfilling the truck now magically they can make accommodations, and that wasn't my problem I wanted my item delivered today even if it meant he put it in his own darn truck to get it out here.... I never heard back from him. Instead I called back to schedule my delivery for tomorrow, now just a slave to their poor time and space management system. What kind of idiots are running this place, I don't know. If you can avoid this company, DO IT. I will be alerting appliancesconnection.com to the type of service they are contracting, and hopefully if enough people do the same they will reconsider. Unfortunately, this poor service is the price we pay to save $600 on a stove. UPDATE: I received my stove on Thursday, as promised. The only saving grace for this company is that the grunt workers are amazing. The girl I spoke with at the office was super nice and the delivery guys were professional, friendly, helpful, and quick. What a terrible company. I think I just realized my only reviews on Yelp have been to trash moving and storage companies, why can't they get their respective act's together? So the story goes: they were delivering something to me from overstock.com... somehow they had the wrong contact info for me (even though Overstock later verified my contact information was correct in their system); upon discovering this, I called them to give them my correct phone number. It took literally 4 phone calls and voicemails before I gave up and called Overstock to "assist" in getting them my correct contact information. Once they had it, they called the next day to schedule the delivery. This is about 1 week after they had my stuff sitting in their warehouse. So, we schedule the delivery for sometime between 11-3pm today 3/18. I leave the office early at 10:45 to get home in time for the delivery. They had given me a number to call the day before or the day of to get a more accurate time. I called this number 6 times today and not once did I get someone to answer the phone or give me an ETA. How do these people stay in business? Again, I called overstock to facilitate and found out they had actually moved the delivery window to 3pm-7pm. Great. So, they showed up at 6:40 and had THE WRONG STUFF. In the end they had a wrong item sent to them. But, within the 12 DAYS IN SAT IN THE WAREHOUSE, COULD SOMEONE HAVE LOOKED AT THE PACKING SLIP!??! Unbelievable. As I type all of this out, I'm beside myself. Believe it or not, there are other details I have omitted. I just want this whole ordeal to be over with. I worked here for 5 days as a temp. The staff are all very hardworking - overworked actually - yet manage to remain professional and respectful to the customers. They were very helpful and considerate to me as I was learning this very stressful customer service job. It's not rocket science but it takes a few days to get into the swing of things. The truck drivers were extremely helpful. If your item is late, first find out if has arrived at Interstate before you blast them. Be kind. These people will do their best to get your item to you as soon as possible. There is a turnover of staff due to low pay which is why I left - but the people are great. read more

I have had 2 bad experiences with this company. The first time they held my delivery for 3 weeks before they delivered. The second time they humiliated my client who was receiving the delivery. This company was contracted by Amazon.com to deliver one portion of a large furniture order I had placed. Not only were they the ONLY shipper who could not deliver timely but they also misrepresented themselves as to when they received the items at their location. They blamed Amazon for the delay, but in speaking with Amazon customer service, they were provided the same information/authorizations provided the other shippers. To top it off....they were asking for directions from me; shouldn't they at least be able to find a delivery location with today's access to GPS/internet mapping services??? My husband is picking the item up himself; we don't dare risk any further possible errors with this so-called professional shipper. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I am waiting to have a TV delivered that was purchased from Paul's TV. Interstate moving and storage has been a nightmare to deal with! The TV was supposed to be delivered by 2/3/11 and I still do not have it. Like the other reviewers, I have called numerous times and left messages with no calls back. I have repeatedly asked them to call my cell phone during the day so I can actually speak to someone, and they continue to call my home phone. Today I finally received a call on my cell (I was at home and in the basement doing laundry and missed the call). When I returned the call not three minutes later, I got the dreaded voicemail again. Paul's TV has said they have filed a complaint with Home Direct and are trying to expedite this process. I hope they will not continue to do business with this company. I have to agree with the 2 other reviews that wrote elaborately about how horrible the company is. I'm dealing with the NH company. They've had my shipment for over a week now. They called on a Monday and scheduled a delivery for Friday, then they called during the delivery window on Friday and stated that the truck was too full and they couldn't deliver item. After promised from someone claiming to be the general manager, they rescheduled the delivery for the following Monday only to be called on Monday to be told they couldn't deliver the item because of the weather. This is the Northeast for goodness sake and companies do not close down because of winter flurries. At this point we have no idea when they'll show up. Horrible customer service and accountability for delivering my package within time frame and date in which I was given by the national company. With all the delays, they never once contacted me to inform me of changes despite me making it very clear to them that I needed to be home to receive package due to I live in the city. I purchased a product that Interstate was supposed to deliver. Rene called to arrange delivery. I provided her 1.5 weekdays during business hours that we would be available for the delivery. She said that she would get back in touch with me, but never did. I escalated it back to the company that I purchased the product from, and Rene called again, this time with a 4 hour Saturday delivery window. Interstate blew off that delivery window and did not attempt to contact me. I again spoke to Rene, who was very rude. She informed me that the driver had not returned the paperwork yet, and she would call me to reschedule, never offering an apology for wasting my time. By Friday, she had not followed up. We bought a fridge off Amazon from Home Care Company. The fridge went through AM Home Delivery and Interstate Moving called us. Once we got hold of them they scheduled delivery for the next day. We had a delivery guy named Gary. He and his partner were awesome. They were right on time, called ahead when they were on their way and were so fun and friendly! He was just a nice guy. He and his partner brought the fridge right into my kitchen and waited patiently while I checked it out before signing. We chatted about all kinds of delivery stuff. Very nice guy. Very respectful. If you have read the other posts, then you probably don't need to read mine. I would give them negative five stars if I could, but alas I have to opt for the one star. This company sucks! There is nothing redeeming about them. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with them twice in the past month. The first time through my business. First they sent mattress delivery guys to pick up expensive laboratory equipment with no carts and no padding. Then, they held my items in the warehouse for two weeks before finally packaging them and notifiying the trucking companies. My second experience was trying to receive delivery on a very expensive mattress. First they claimed the mattress hadn't been received. Then they said they had it and would deliver the following day (a Thursday), but then no one called to schedule the pickup. Finally they called on Friday only to tell me they only make delilveries on Thursday in my area. Well that Thursday is here and yes, they did call last night to tell me the delivery would take place today between 11am and 3pm and the driver would call 1 hour before arrival. Well, of course he called 29 minutes before arriving at the end of my driveway only to tell me he wouldn't drive his truck up my driveway. Hello- this is December in NH of coursed there is a thin coating of snow on the bottom of the driveway. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do Not under any circumstances contract this company to do anything for you! No move, no packing, no shipping, no deliveries!!!! You will regret this decision. Before purchasing anything online that requires delivery other than Fedex and UPS ensure that they do not use Interstate Moving and Storage and make sure they do not ship via Home Direct, as this is the company that contracts Interstate. read more

These people are worse than terrible. I ordered a large item through Pier One and they chose this carrier. After the product reached New Hampshire, it took 3 days to schedule a delivery. On the day of the delivery, they called to say they couldn't make it that day - their truck broke down. Could they reschedule for 5 (yes 5) days later? I tried to arrange to pick my freight up at their warehouse. I phoned five times. Either got voice mail (which was not returned) or they hung up! Interstate did a major furniture delivery and install for us (12 office workstations), and it went as well as could be expected given that some of the pieces were shipped to them incorrectly. Where Bush Business Furniture was clueless at best, Lance, the manager at Interstate was very helpful. They showed up when scheduled, put everything together and placed the pieces as requested, and took away the packing materials. When a couple of the pieces were shipped incorrectly, they took them away with no argument. Running as service company, with staff outside the office, is pretty tough. Not all staff will perform ideally all the time. So I don't doubt the other reviewer's experiences are genuine. I just also know that unhappy people tend to be vocal and the happy ones silent. So I wanted to put my positive experience in here as well. I'd also like to note that a couple of the other reviews have mentioned that they would only delivery curbside. Whether delivery is to the room or curbside is almost always determined by how the product is ordered. You have to read the text when ordering. I've occasionally had companies willing to get it inside a garage instead of curbside - but not inside the house if that service was not purchased upon order. They brought my furniture in, unpacked it, assembled and put it in place because that's the service I ordered and paid for. read more

For the first order, they no-showed twice after calling saying they had left and then cancelled twice more! For my most recent order, they were supposed to deliver today but called to "cancel" after the delivery window had already passed. I have been calling this company for two full weeks, almost daily, to arrange my delivery. Every day they leave a message on my home phone when I am at work, and every day I call and leave them my cell number which they never call. I was finally able to get in touch with a person today. She told me that the person who checks messages is in the hospital. I would think they would get someone else to check the messages. After a scheduled delivery two weeks ago when no one showed, I gave them some specific times to drop off my package. They refuse to commit to a time or even a delivery window. read more

wow, these guys were terrible. "Fxxx-this", "Jesu$ Chri$%!" that was all I heard, and I didn't even ask them to carry anything upstairs or go far. Simmons used them to deliver a warranty replacement mattress, so it's not like I picked them. Simmons said they would call and set up an appointment. I got a voicemail with an automated system that said it would be there in two days...It was a Tuesday and I was out of state on business travel all week, so that wasn't going to work. I had to call them about 6 times (over two days) because they kept transferring me to someone who was not there or did not pick up the phone. Then they said they couldn't locate my paperwork, so they'd have to call me back. Then they said they cancelled that appointment, and would have to call me back to schedule a new appointment but didn't have my paperwork still. Someone else called me to tell me they didn't have my paperwork still so they would call later...at this point I was like "wow, these guys are useless". Then on the day they were originally scheduled, they finally called and said that they couldn't deliver it for another two weeks because the following Thursday was thanksgiving and they only deliver on Thursdays. So I took the two weeks later appointment and they showed up smack dab in the middle of the 5 hour window they gave me, not so bad I guess. Then the two guys get out of the truck, don't talk to me, they just start mumbling swear words at me like I did something wrong. I just said "uhhh...bring it in here I guess" so they brought it into my dining room. At this point, I was dealing with two angry dudes who I didn't even care to have in my house so I just told them to set it on the floor in my dining room and my wife and I would take it upstairs. They set it down and started walking away. I said "hey, you guys have to take the old one" and the first guy said "JESU$ CHRI$%...(other guy's name)! WE GOTTA TAKE THE OLD ONE" to which the second guy responded "OH FIGURES...(mumble mumble)...WASTE MANAGEMENT...bullsh%$". Then they came back and had me fill out the form that asked all the questions except how professional or courteous these guys were. TLDR: Pain in the butt to schedule, did show up in the allotted window, but swore at me angrily the whole time. Very unprofessional. read more

I bought a hot tub from Home Depot, the manufacturer shipped it to Interstate for delivery to Maine. After they had it in their possession for 6 days, they brought it to Maine and said their truck broke down on the way, I called the next day, they told me all four trucks were broke! This place is terrible! I actually got a call from them 3 days ago (when I was at work and unable to answer) well when I called them back about 20 minutes later, I got no answer. so I waited and when I didn't receive a call back by the end of the day, I called again and left ANOTHER message. the next day still no response so I called 4 times throughout the day, leaving a message every time but still got no response. So on the third day, I'm pretty angry at this point (I bought a mattress and I kind of need it for someone to have a place to sleep!) I call and ask if there is someone else that I can speak with about scheduling my delivery because the women at extension 231 will not return my calls, to which the lady says "I guess so, HOLD ON A MINUTE" then I'm forwarded to another person's extension and go figure! they don't answer either. So I leave this person a message stating that I will need to schedule the delivery as soon as possible. Still have not heard back from them. I guess at this point I need to contact the company that I purchased the bed from and see if there is anything that they can do. Going forward I guess I'm going to have to ask which delivery service places use because if they use this place then I WILL NOT be ordering with them. I ordered furniture almost 2 months ago. They said I should have my furniture between the 13th and the 20th of September. Then this company contacts me and schedules the appt. for the 30th. For three weeks my scheduled delivery day was Sept. 30th so I took the day off from work to be home for the delivery. I find out the day of my supposed delivery that they can not do it but they'll reschedule it for the October 2nd (today). I ask them if they're 100% positive because I'll have to take another (unpaid) day off from work to be there to sign for t and they assure me it will be here today. Yesterday I get a call from them with my 4 hour delivery window of 11am-3 pm, which I confirm. So I'm sitting at my house waiting and at 1 pm I get a call from them, thinking they're calling to tell me they'll be here soon as it is halfway through my scheduled delivery time. But NO....they're calling to tell me they CAN'T deliver today and they'll call me to reschedule. So I call back and KINDLY ask for a manager and the girl on the phone gives me attitude. The manager "isn't in" so I leave him a message. He has not called me back yet. So....I'm going to have to take another day off from work for delivery, which they'll probably call me the day of to tell me they'll have to reschedule. So I'm looking at about a week off from work with no pay because of this unprofessional company. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? The only good review is probably one of the owners making stuff up. Terrible, not even worth one star. Delivery never showed up as requested. It was on the truck and then it wasnt, then the truck broke, blah blah. AWFUL service - and we paid a premium for this item ($418 to ship one patio set). Would never recommend. I have contacted the BBB and the AG's office - they're that bad. read more

Terrible customer service. I made over 10 calls trying to leave a msg. A They leave a msg saying to CALL BACK to arrange a time. But it seems when you call back there is only 1 person in customer service and when she's OUT you're supposed to leave a msg with another extension (which I did twice) and yet no one called me back. When I look at my Tracking info from Amazon it says they have contacted me again--but they haven't. I'm on hold currentlly (with Amazon trying to contact them direct to get info) but even Amazon says Home Direct (or Interstate Moving & Storage) isn't very good about answering the phone. I've certainly found that and when a company like Amazon tells a customer that they aren't very good at it you've got to believe they really are terrible as the other reviews indicate. It is the holidays and Interstate's ONE cust serv person's phone msg says she's out till after the holiday...how does a shipping/delivery company NOT deliver or call back for a week???????? read more

It all started out great! The Sales Rep was fantastic and promised me excellent service and care of my belongings for the 7-mile away move. My favorable impression went down hill quickly from there! On packing day, the packers threw some items in a box and took a smoke break, threw some items in a box and took a smoke break, threw some items in a box and took a smoke break. At the end of the 2 days of packing, my yard was littered with stinky, disgusting butts that I had to pick up! I did not realize they had left their trash behind until they were gone. The next day, the transporting/unpacking crew arrived. I reminded them about the items that I had requested (and paid for) extra special care. When I arrived at the new location, I discovered several items (including my expensive, brand new mattress) had been damaged because it had not been boxed or even wrapped!! I was told to just wipe it down or put a cover over it so I don't see the damage. I immediately contacted the Manager and was told 'we will take care of it for you 100% and we will certainly resolve to your satisfaction'. IM&S fully accepted the responsibility for the damage and silly me, I was expecting them to honor my contract. Over a year later, all I got was a check for $129 for a mattress cover and a vm that stated ''unsuccessful - ha, ha you lost!' Great consumer service skills....not!! just like most people have said,these guys are horrible. rescheduled 3 time because no one knows how to drive in the snow,finally showed up on the wrong day,my son was home so he let them in. i paid extra money for them to set up the desk i bought,told my son they dont do that and they left. when i called the truck driver on his phone and asked him to go back and do the job they got paid for,his exact words were " negative,I'm not f---in going back,we dont set stuff up". but according to Lance whos incharge at the company,they Do set things up.well they ended up damaging soo much stuff that the manufacturer is send me a whole new desk. next on the list is trying to get someone at the moving company to give me their insurance companies name so i can file a claim for damaged walls,woodwork and a new thermostat for my furnace and that they broke off the wall and didnt tell anyone and hid it in my living room.so if anyone wants to have a little fun with the a-truck driver his cell number is 603-767-0778. and i dont have anything against truck drivers,i am an owner operator,guys like this give us a bad name read more

I just wanted to write this review because interstate gets a lot of negativity. What a lot of people do not understand is that a driver is contracted with this company and when they make deliveries they only perform whatever service level the customer paid for. So if they didn't pay for any stair carries, it is either a curbside delivery or it is brought into the garage or whatever the first dry area is. When someone asks if they can bring something up stairs when they have not paid for that type of service, the driver can not bring their items up stairs which makes the driver look like he is being lazy when in reality they are doing their job. Also, this company delivers to certain areas on certain days of the week. The company is located in Greenland New Hampshire so if they need to deliver somewhere far up into Maine or Vermont it is a little difficult as a company to make those deliveries everyday or multiple times a week due to gas pricing, number of drivers, etc. Another thing is that people order things and the company they ordered from will give estimated delivery dates or they will even give a date for the delivery even though they know that the customer service reps at interstate have certain days for certain areas and they also know that the customer needs to be called to schedule a delivery as a signature is required on day of delivery yet these companies do not communicate this to the customer so when it takes multiple calls to reach the customer, the customer is frustrated because it is taking so long. And then on top of that, they have to wait for the next day a driver will be in the area which makes them even more angry because it takes even longer to get their delivery. Another thing that is not communicated from company to customer is the fact that they would be getting a call to schedule the delivery. Many people don't even know they are waiting for a phone call and will ignore the calls due to the fact that it is an unknown number. However I have to agree that this company is not the best at communicating with customers what is going on with their order if there are ever issues. read more
