Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

Overall Cincinnati Maintenance was our best pick. So glad we went with them. We scheduled for a free estimate. Jesse was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. It took him an hour. We only had two bedrooms and a hallway that needed cleaning. The pricing was reasonable and the carpets were super clean/soft. I highly recommend them!

Your advertising includes that in this service and the scheduler said it would be done....?" Nope, they said they couldn't reach it and they don't normally clean them on heat pumps. Apparently, "Hi Tech" blew the dust in the duct work all over my house - ducts are clean, I think, but I don't know for sure because I can't see into them, and all or some or most of the dust that was in the ducts is all over the house. The basement where they were working - a disaster. Metal shavings all over from the holes they cut, and dust and debris everywhere. I thought about calling and complaining, but that would just be a waste of time....I can't imagine they would be quick on a refund considering they can't even buy their employees a functioning shop vacuum. And I didn't really want them to come back and clean up, since they couldn't do it the first time. So I'm writing this review....$570 poorer, upset that Gary Sullivan mislead his flock....

Instead 3 people showed up (which was a more expensive hourly rate) and took 1.5 hours. The team did a fine job cleaning the apartment, but we have had better cleaning services. We were then charged over 50% more than we were quoted which is completely unacceptable. If you are going to hire Pristine make sure you are very clear with them, because if you are not they will take advantage of you.

This was supported by a live walkthrough for me to view what the repair person was talking about. The same afternoon (!) options were presented for replacement and a choice was made. An appointment was made and several days later the old furnace was taken out and a new furnace was installed in less than 4 hours. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Bottom line: price quoted and installation met with no surprises. Clean space left with all old items and leftover stuff removed. I'm just frustrated enough to write this updated review now because I have to pay to have another plumber come out to fix their work. These people are predatory and unprofessional. I woke up this morning, ( Jan 21 2025) and had no hot water coming from my sink faucet ... No water…read moreon the hot side at all. The overnight temps were below zero, the water supply is on the outside wall = frozen pipes. I called a number of local plumbers, and no one had anyone that could get to me quickly. Tarvin initially told me I would have to be a work in, understandably, I was not the first call for frozen pipes! Maybe 20 mins later, I received a call back from Tarvin and they told me a tech could meet me at my house in 45 mins. When the tech arrived (cannot remember his name), he told me they pulled him from his office duties for the day to take care of my issue. He was polite, friendly and got right to work. Within 15 mins he had the frozen line thawed, with no apparent leaks (fingers crossed). Polite, professional and reasonably priced. They also recommended a permanent fix for the freezing issue. Tarvin will be my 1st call for any future plumbing issues! Jeff H
