Found this little gem of a shop in the midst of touristy type stores. I could've spent a couple of hours there perusing all their unique and well/curated items. They have a beautiful line of handmade leather goods, comfortable quality women's clothing, wonderful smelling natural candles, cards, unique gift items, gorgeous flower arrangements, etc. but what I really love the most was the intricately designed and extremely well-made botanical earrings from a Ukrainian designer. We stopped into Calluna because we wanted a bouquet for my Mom's birthday. All of the bouquets are made from scratch from flowers displayed all over the store. You can give them as much direction as you want, but they generally ask for a price point and then for colors or a season that you prefer. Make sure you leave plenty of time (or potentially stop by and submit your request and plan to pick it up later)! It took about 45 minutes to get our bouquet, but it was beautiful and lovingly made. I can't say enough about Calluna Fine Flowers. Heather was incredible from our first meeting, to my wedding day when she personally handed me my stunning bouquet. I have to admit, I'm that girl that didn't even want flowers at my wedding. To my mom and sister's horror I was all "can't we just clip some branches off trees and pick up a thing of roses at the grocery store or something". Yeah, that was me. Heather changed all that. (If you have any questions, she is always there to answer with a warm response). I told her I wanted a neutral, green/white/grey palate of flowers with glass hobnob vases and burlap accents, nothing too fussy, but no idea what I wanted beyond that. Oh! and flower crowns for the flower girls. The flowers she chose and the arrangements she designed were absolutely breathtaking. So much so, that my wedding was 3 years ago, and I'm STILL thinking about them so much I'm writing this review! At the end of the day, the flowers are one of the things that stood out most as a wonderful surprise on our wedding day. Working with Calluna was by far the most stressful part of our wedding planning. We had to move our wedding date due to the pandemic and immediately let Calluna know. Instead of trying to work with us, Calluna let us know that they were not available on our new date and the deposit was non refundable. While we did come to a compromise in the end, the lack of communication (it sometimes took months to get an answer) and empathy made this experience extremely discouraging. In fact, on my wedding day I was really looking forward to meeting the owner of Calluna and instead she was cold and unfriendly and did not even introduce herself. read more

We arrived in Ogunquit the day before our grandson's baptism and noticed this lovely flower shop so close to our hotel. We decided it would be fun to have 3 table arrangements done for the event, certain recipients in mind. We went and asked Heather (the owner) if she could make that happen. She had no notice, but from her stock of flowers was able to make 3 BEAUTIFUL arrangements for our event the next day. She was accommodating, lovely and pulled off this feat seamlessly. They did same day delivery (on a Saturday) when 1800flowers had told me the earliest delivery date I could get would be Monday. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement. read more

I stopped here just to ask for directions to parking for the Cliff Walk, noticed the owner's dress and asked her if she sold it. She answered yes so I went in. Love the clothes! Whilst not cheap, they aren't as expensive as the Old Port's boutiques and the staff was extremely nice. Smells great in there! The air conditioning was not only working but working fabulously.
