Beautiful In October we needed boutonnières for our wedding and needed to find a specific color rose for a center piece. We stopped in and met the owner and the team. They were so nice and professional. They took the time to ask us what we were looking for in our boutonnières and took our order. They also were able to find the roses we were looking for and had them ordered and delivered on time for our wedding. We asked if they could order holiday roping/garland for our house. They could, so we ordered it in time for our holiday decorations. They looked awesome and comparable pricing to other stores. We were so impressed with Westwind because they are all professional and offer great customer service. Prior to the holidays we received a beautiful display as a thank you and congratulations for our wedding. It was a wonderful, but not needed, gesture. We used it as our family dinner centerpiece. They left it on porch because both of my parents were contagious. How could you expect better service? Lisa answered the phone and was really sweet. After a tiny florist shop closed in South Berwick Maine I had very low expectations and doubted I could find a florist who could deliver a cheerful, fresh, and beautiful bouquet to my parents. If a loved one deserves amazing flowers and you are in a state far away, it is sad because you just want to bring them there yourself. Because I have sent flowers to South Berwick for the past twenty five years I have an understanding what I'd like to pay for the service. When the shop was in the same town, $50 seemed logical. This time I splurged for $75 because it is a little bit over a five mile drive from the shop to my parents. Don't get me wrong, I send flowers as often as needed and visit in person as often as I can afford! I live out of state now, and officially, "from away," as some Mainers might say. I'm grateful I have found a new florist who I can trust in a pinch.

I knew I wanted a "fall-colored" bouquet for my October wedding, but that was about it. She incorporated beautiful free spirit roses with greenery and sunflowers to make the fall bouquet of my dreams. It was what she calls a "one-sided" bouquet which not only made for a much easier to hold bouquet, but it also decreased the cost. I asked her if she could do a "pocket" boutonnière for my husband after seeing them on TikTok. She said she had never made one but she'd give it a try. It was absolutely perfect. No pesky pins, it just slid right into his suit pocket. When I went to pick it up she had given me a spare regular boutonnière in case the pocket boutonnière didn't work out- so my dad ended up wearing the spare because he was walking me down the aisle. I also ordered a mini boutonnière for my nephew (our ring bearer) and it was the most adorable little thing. For my husband and myself we wor70e white dinner jackets with egg plant calalillies done with two sprigs of green grass and beautiful ribbon. Our ushers and women attendents wore what is called Picaso Lillies which are a dark blue with white trime. They were in silve containers with magnets attached so they state in place. the women carried the same type of flowers on in Tussi Mussie which is a silver holder with ornate stand that the holder can be carried during the ceremony and then the holder set on the table to hold the flowers. She also did the Pagota in elephant ears, mums, and garland. The buffet table which was all deserts were done with white tobs and black shirting and Abby did fairly lites thru out, along with elephant ears which were painted on side black as the theme was black and white, This trailed the full length of the tables which was well over 70 feet long, and accompanied that with orchids, spider mums, and calla lillies and trails of white lites throught Even our wedding stand which had 85 cupcakes and a top tier of 4 layer carrot cake donw in a butter cream frosting was aluminated from inside. We could have not asked for a better wedding, the night was perfect and Abby out did herself. If you want great flowers that last, done with taste and elegance, Abby is the one.
