That's a basic authenticity check, and the failure raises serious concerns about the product being sold. I reached out to the company to address it and give them a chance to resolve the issue. My message was read and completely ignored. No response, no explanation, no attempt to make it right. At best, this reflects a complete lack of quality control and customer service. At worst, it suggests they are knowingly selling questionable products and choosing not to engage when called out. Either way, I would strongly advise others to avoid this service
