The parking situation is a bit of a hassle but this is still one of my favorite dispensaries in the area. There is a large variety of products that they offer in terms of type and brands. The products that they have also vary in pricing so there's something for all types of range. The check-in process is easy, just give them your ID and you'll be directed to enter the main room where are all the products are. I've never had a bad or rude budtender, but my friend has. I've been going here for a year as a regular and I love Catalyst. The selection is large, parking is easy and the cannabis specialists are seriously knowledgeable. I used to love Catalyst. The last two times I went to this location they had erased my information and my points. They also just recently raised their prices. It's become too busy at this location and the vibe has changed. I'd even call the vibe "weird" now. Been coming here for a hot minute and I mean like 3 times a week and I use to love this place but recently I went in and decided to get something a little different and better. So I get the dude with the stupid big man bun and tell him I want to try something new. Looks at me annoyed and just starts naming all kinds of names but no information about the percentage or nothing. So I kindly told him "if you don't want to help me please get me someone else that knows what they are selling" and he replies "well, I know they are good cause I smoked them". Been coming here since it opened but after my last trip, I will never be back. While looking through inventory, dirty water from the ceiling dripped all over me and there was a big ass puddle on the floor that wasn't attended to. I made a comment about how it was nasty and our budtender wouldn't even look me in the eye. I had $105 in cash and my total was $106 so I jokingly asked for a dollar discount and the manager on the floor denied it. It's crazy that a health hazard isn't worth that much. read more

I like catalyst they sell organic weed only issue is when you buy an onion/ounce and you actually weigh it is isn't an ounce. Should be 28 grams however it will be 26 or 27. I wish they would weigh it properly like they say, we shouldn't pay it if they weigh it wrong. read more

1/13/24 If anything, this place rocks for the artwork displayed on the premises, how clean & secure it feels & the staff for their professionalism & friendliness. I decided to go in & check this place out instead of waiting in the truck like I usually do. Of course you need to be 21 & over to enter the shop so IDs are presented at the lobby then you'll be directed to go through the next set of doors to the actual shop. In the middle (see photo) is a plant made to look like the cannabis flower as the centerpiece to the business, quite clever, I think. We got lucky that there was nobody in the cordoned off line but we immediately drew a large few thereafter. Our bud tender, Johnny was a really cool dude. He was rocking Jesus Christ locks that suit him well, yet he was all mellow & attentive. Hubby let him know we're looking for Indica: "I.O.S OG & ORO" Hubby says usually, really good bud tenders & shops offer to open & sample the product, not here. Perhaps it depends on the which county the shop is located (laws/regulations). It was a quick & cursory survey but overall it was a pretty good experience. There are always sales and specials going on so you can get the most bang for your buck. There are so many different brands and items to choose from, too. The check-in process is quick and efficient. Every time I go with my sister, there's a line but it moves pretty quickly. Plenty of parking in the back to accommodate the clientele, which is always a good thing. So I only ever come here when I'm picking up an online order. Usually they're on top of their online orders and it's ready in 5 mins or less. BUT TODAY, their site malfunctioned and would not allow me to change my pick up time. When I called the shop, the lady was rude about my online order. Saying "it'll be ready at 9:30" when I've gone to this location multiple times, placed orders for 6+ hours later, and would pick up earlier. How lazy are you that you can't pack a one item order that isn't expected for pick up for another 5 hours?? You have 30+ staff on floor, it's not hard to delegate 1-3 staff solely on packing + serving online orders. I came when my order was ready but their check-in system was down. This location always has issues with their ATM and their POS systems. I had to go back to my card to get my debit card and they would not check me back in until their system came back up. Which makes no sense because other Catalyst locations and other clinics will let you back in if you already checked in. I would usually give this business 5 stars but today was a 2 star experience. NOTE: when you pay with card, they charge you an extra $3 for the fee + they round to the nearest $5. I find this super inconvenient on days their ATM is "not working" read more
