All the ladies there were so kind and helpful.. went above and beyond to make me feel rejuvenated and even gave me advice for how to treat my unbearable acne in the future. They have very affordable rates and give you more than what you pay for!! I had a full body massage with Robyn.. she knew right where my body was stressed and not only massaged the dickens out of me but worked a lot with my pressure points to relieve tension.. i was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism during the session. Afterwards I had a facial with Patricia who worked tediously on my poor skin.. which is covered in relentless acne. I haven't had clearer skin than I do at the moment in years... she truly worked magic on my skin! I will be back again..hopefully more than once! I have been to Calm Moments a number of times and I love it. As a local in a ski town many of the area businesses are not meant to cater to me, but I appreciate the affordability of prices at Calm Moments while getting incredibly professional service and quality. I have had a facial, a massage, and a few mpedicures (all by Laura). Recently I've become addicted to the soft gel nails that Makailah does; she's a really great girl who makes you feel very comfortable, which was important for me the first time I ever had a gel manicure. I had no idea what to expect but she explained everything and even gave me a little take-home packet with everything I needed to remove my own gel polish if I chose to do so. Two major thumbs up for Laura & Makailah both (and Laura's husband who manages the office!). The absolute BEST spa treatments you can find in the Ludlow area (and surrounding areas too). Patrice is an INCREDIBLE therapist. She has worked on (and healed) many parts of my body after injuries and overwork. She is extremely knowledgable and gifted in her massage abilities. She is awesome at therapeutic work but also can give you a gentle massage that leaves you feeling completely relaxed. Laura's facials are AMAZING.....not only do they leave you so relaxed you can barely speak but she has done wonderful restorative work on my acne scars and aging/weather abused skin. They are both beautiful people and their caring, positive vibe is felt while they use their magical hands to take away your stress....restoring your body on the outside and on the inside.(They also have great prices!)
