Over the past few months, my appointments have been canceled multiple times, which has already been frustrating. However, my most recent visit was the final straw. The provider, Kyra, was extremely rude and came across as aggressive throughout the appointment. When I asked questions, she seemed irritated and unwilling to explain anything, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The situation became so uncomfortable that I actually chose to leave in the middle of the service, which I have never done before anywhere. That alone should speak to how negative the experience was. On top of that, the way she performed the treatment was completely different from any other provider I've seen there, and not in a reassuring way. The entire experience felt rushed, inconsistent, and honestly very uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Columbus location. If you're considering this clinic, I strongly suggest making the drive to Newnan instead for a more professional and consistent experience.

My appointment was today and I was taken to the room five minutes late and released 10 early. If you are going to charge by the minute, you should give the customer the whole time. ($99 treatment) The treatment was supposed to be a scrub but was rushed and rough and then I was put in a big tub that looks a bit like a tanning bed. It had mildew all over the inside.
