The nail tech who completed my pedicure just did not create a good experience. Starting with me expressing what I did and did not want in my services. He tried to rush through services and the frustration was evident everytime I asked him to slow down and complete my pedicure properly. He skipped over the cuticle softener and went straight to push down the cuticle, while trying to upsell me on other services. I asked for the deep callus remover with a pumice stone as I don't want my feet grated. That seemed to upset him even more where he took the pumice stone and swish-swashed across the bottom top portion of my feet splashing water everywhere like see I did it. The first time I went I had an amazing experience. But I went in today with my daughter to get a pedicure. I got the Aloe Vera while she got the milk and honey. I was extremely dissatisfied. Let's start off with me. The technician seemed to get annoyed every I requested for him to scrub a little more. He completely forgot to do my whole left foot with the grater and when I asked him to do it he got upset and only did it for not even a minute. I also asked him repeatedly to remove a hangnail that I have bothering me and he never did after telling him multiple times. Over all he did polish my toes nicely but my feet are still so dry even tho I asked to get Aloe for rehydration. Now to my daughter. She enjoyed her pedicure in the beginning. The technician drilled her nails even tho her nails were bare leaving a bit of a painful mark on her big toe. When it was time for the polishing The technician who did her feet didn't file her nails or even put a base coat on them before polishing. He left polish all over her toes and when she told him about it he tried using his thumb nail to scrape it off (keep in mind this was regular polish). Overall we both felt like everything was rushed and was disappointed with the results. My daughter ended up repolishing her nails her self at home because of how much she disliked it. read more

Came in for a basic pedicure with my mom. I didn't really need more than a polish change (regular polish not gel) so I asked for the basic, I had been to my normal place a week ago for a pedicure so my feet were not bad. I was told that the cheapest pedicure option wouldn't be good for me because it didn't include removal of my old polish. I accepted but then had to insist that my regular nail polish was removed with remover and not filed off with a drimmel tool but then he used it again to remove my cuticles instead of cuticle remover cream. Everything about this experience felt rushed and there was nothing relaxing about it. read more

Not a single nail was the same shape, they are all different. She couldn't file them in the same shape when they were bare and had no product on them and it just got worse. Nails looked nice when I left. However after second visit and a different technician each time, I realize it's the salon protocol to grind off the sns instead of soaking. I removed the last set of sns myself and must say that my nails are ruined. Paper thin. The technicians at the salon must be in a hurry - they both ground my nails until they got 'hot' several times. Went to Nails factory three separate times...within a month. I got dip all three times and none of them lasted more than a week without chipping or cracking. I'm not sure if it's the type of dip process they use, but I have never had this issue. The third time I waited an hour- granted I was a walk in. Good thing I wasn't getting a fill or a full set. They turned everyone away that was coming in for that service, including people with appointments. Anyway, I've never been so rushed through an appointment ever. My appointment was MAYBE 20 minutes, and even though I came in for a manicure and dip, all I got was the dip. I had clumps of dip powder all over my hands by the time I left and contracted an infection that had to be lanced and soaked (picture below). Do not recommend. read more

Worst nail experience ever. Nothing about the customer service here is decent. I showed 3 people the photo of what I wanted and everyone essentially told me it was the right color. I asked for a clear slight pink pigment base with design ( see photos). After multiple attempts to correct the color no one listened to me. This was my first time visiting this salon, because my usual salon was very busy and me and my mom decided to go to this one. The guy that done my pedicure did not do something right... three day later and two of my toes are irritated and they hurt so bad. I can't even wear shoes! red and swollen... and don't even get me started on the gross pus coming out of the sides of my toes! Ok, so don't let the Jamaican woman do your nails.. she say she got 20 years experience but honey, I got fungus on my nail after she did my fill-in, and she drilled down in my nail too far and now that my nail is growing back it's hurting so bad I had to take the nail off.. she did my daughters design with regular nail polish, call herself putting it under the light knowing it's not gone dry it's not gel. Do not let this woman do your nails, she is lying about her experience. My husband and I came to get pedis and I also got a manicure. When we walked in we were greeted and waited about 10 minutes before we were taken to get seated. It was pretty busy, but it was Saturday so it was expected. We sat at the pedicure chair for a while, no one came or turned on the water. It was a bit annoying. I would've rather waited until someone was actually available. But those were the only annoying things for me. Either than that the ladies were super sweet and we had a good experience overall.
