I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. They had no answer for us...they had 3 days to diagnose as they are open on Saturday. It took 3 phone calls to find out what was going on. He couldn't fix the problem and said to take it to a dealer. I made calls to several mechanics before taking it to them Rocky assured me they could fix the car and that 3 days was enough time. Very bad communication. Very poor customer service. The one with the glasses almost crashed my car into the lifts. Overall just a dumb ass place with simple ass people that charge to not fix the actual issue. i paid them for nothing. Because if you are aware of another issue, it should have been explained. But missing a busted hose that had to be seen during a repair and blatantly leaving it as if everything was ok, was strange. i hope everything in there stop working.

Regardless of the name, the service was quick, efficient, affordable, and of the highest quality! Initially, my old tire was patched ($10). However, the manager came by and suggested I replace the tire due to the location of the hole. He replaced it, installed it, and didn't charge for the initial repair. I drove away spending $35 total (I tipped obvi!). Great deal, quick service, nice guys. I'll be back if I ever need a tire fix!
