I called Azur and Mario found there were issues with my filter and I was happy to pay him to fix it. After that I found it was about the same cost as having them maintain my pool as what I had been spending on chemicals at the local store. They've always done a great job with cleaning. Azur also does pressure washing -- and twice now I've had them do my pool enclosure and just recently they washed my fence and front enclosure. They later moved my account to their partner company EastCoast pool care and everything went down hill from there. My pool started to turn green and they didn't think to call me and let me know what was going on- just put chemicals in and hope it will get better before the following week. I called Steve and he came the next day to change the pool filter after I complained the water was still green on the following day. After that incident my pool tech changed and even though I paid for full service- the pool tech Ray only would do chemicals. I called Steve and he offered me free service for two months even though he charged me three months of full service and didn't complete the job. I accepted his offer with the intention of giving him the benefit of the doubt- two weeks later my pool still hasn't been serviced and it looks like crap! Never will use this company again!!! While he showed some promise early on and occasionally demonstrated knowledge and care, our overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Over time, there were constant issues--frequent excuses about needing payment upfront because he couldn't afford chemicals, ongoing problems with his truck and tires, and poor communication. The biggest issue came when we trusted him to install a pool heater, which he claimed he could get at "dealer pricing." We paid him upfront, 1500 and unfortunately, that was a major mistake. He never delivered the heater and gave us excuse after excuse--claims about supplier delays, a refund that was supposedly coming, and then suddenly a stolen phone. Weeks later, we're still without a heater or a refund, and no accountability from Kyle. This has been a very disappointing and costly experience. I would strongly caution others against working with him.
