I called Azur and Mario found there were issues with my filter and I was happy to pay him to fix it. After that I found it was about the same cost as having them maintain my pool as what I had been spending on chemicals at the local store. They've always done a great job with cleaning. Azur also does pressure washing -- and twice now I've had them do my pool enclosure and just recently they washed my fence and front enclosure. They did a fantastic job and everything looked like new after they were done. It's always a pleasure to work with Azur and I love that I can make payments online as well. I'm very glad I found Azur!

In fact, I feel terrible for the staff who are expected to work in these conditions every single day. The store itself was another story. There is a massive chlorine tank located inside this very small store, something I have never encountered before. Most pool stores I've visited keep tanks like this outside. The chlorine smell inside was overwhelming and almost impossible to tolerate. After only about 10 minutes in the store, I developed severe chest tightness and bronchospasms. My breathing became bad enough that I ended up going to the hospital after leaving. I cannot imagine what repeated exposure is doing to the employees who spend entire shifts in that environment. Leslie's needs to take this seriously. No customer should have to leave a retail store struggling to breathe, and no employee should be expected to work in an environment with such an overpowering chemical odor. I sincerely hope corporate investigates this location immediately and addresses whatever is causing these conditions before someone else experiences what I did.

I canceled the service in January 2025, but they charged me anyway and have ignored my refund requests. I strongly recommend avoiding this company--if you sign up, you may have to cancel your card just to stop being charged.

As time went on, we noticed he will randomly just not show up for the service, as we have cameras that show when he would come. When asked, it was always a excuse. "I am short staffed", "I was on vacation", "Sorry, I will be there next week". On 4/1, I noticed that he charged my credit card an additional $25 for the monthly service. No notification of the charge, simply a increase with no notice. When asked, he responded, "Sorry, chemical prices went up". This is the second time he had raised rates in less than a year. Again, just seemed like he was hoping we didn't notice the price change. At this point, I attempting to cancel. He asked for 1 month notice, which based on the contract, I agreed to provide. He showed up for one service (on 4/4) and then decided to stop showing up, again hoping we did not notice. On 4/19, I caught this and contacted him. Two days later, he responded saying how he was "too short staffed" and would not be honoring the remainder of the month. I asked for a refund, which he said he would process. Three days later, no refund and again asked him the status, which he responded that he needed four or five more days. At this point, filing a dispute with my credit card company. I was nothing but reasonable with Taylor and he has decided to run his company like a scam artist. Again... please for your own sake... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
