Then saw a friendly group from the church directing us into the parking lot, and they prayed over us. - and offered us waters since it was a hot day. They do a lot of events for the community such as Wednesday prayer and free dinner. They also have a very nice food pantry for those in need or in case you'd like to donate some food items, they also have blankets diapers, it's not a very large church per se, but they have large hearts when it comes to assisting the residents.

The greatest things I've learned from Pastor Mike, Beth, and all the extraordinary leaders/volunteers at this church is how to know God, enjoy Him all the days of my life, and how to love others because He first loved me. And because of Pastor Mike's teachings on faith and uncompromising boldness, I confidently walk with Christ unashamed of His gospel. As Sophia Petrillo from the Golden Girls would say "Picture this, Winter, 2019 late fall/winter, young woman and her mother were traveling in the middle east during the stages of where COVID-19 was brewing along with a country in protests, no internet, and complete CHAOS. Unknowingly, her mother and her became really sick, during their short visit, while in the country and it felt like the worst illness ever! Suffering with Breathing issues, turning blue like a smurf, GI issues, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, and the list goes on . You name it, I was experiencing it! Whatever it was, it was NASTY! What I didn't know then, is that something was simmering in that neck of the world, and was spreading fast! After self quarantining and treating with supplies I had brought with myself, we decided to leave. The country was having bloody protests, and a pandemic at the same time. A few weeks upon returning to the US , word came that Europe, CHINA, and IRAN were getting hit hard. Luckily, Once here, we went into quarantine before anyone knew the US might get hit. It took us a good 2 months to recover and then, news started coming to light about what it was and what symptoms were associated with it. We were in the early stages before anyone knew that this was COVID. Come Jan 2020, during initial stages, there was no available swab tests, nor were there anti-body tests . Fast forward 5 months, advances in technology, another wave of California cases hitting highs, I wanted to be tested. Through Gaurda-Heart Foundation Partners (Predictive Health Diagnostics) in collaboration with Coast Hills Church in Aliso Viejo, there are COVID-19 Antibody tests at NO COST to the Community covered under the CARES ACT WITH OR WITHOUT Insurance. It free. The Serology tests your blood for the IgG antibody to see if you had been exposed to in the past and have antibodies in your blood . It does NOT check your IgM anti-body that would show if you were actively infected with COVID-19. For that, you would need to do a different test. Q: What exactly is this test? The SARS-Cov 2 serology antibody test being provided has a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 99.6% based on initial performance evaluations. This test is on of the most reliable antibody tests available and far more reliable than man other tests being provided. Q:Who can receive this Covid-19 serology test? Anyone can receive this test at NO COST to them from July 14, 2020 through mid-August in the parking lot of COAST HILLS CHURCH.Q:How do you sign up? Keep this info and show it when you arrive on the day. When I came today, I was surprised at how easy and quick the whole process was. I parked in the parking lot in front of the Entrance, wearing my mask, I had my temperature taken to make sure I didn't have a fever, and proceeded to check in. I was greeted by staff who confirmed who I was, and handed me paperwork to give to the nurse under a spacious canopy/tent supplied with clean draw stations, social distancing between draws, and sanitized areas. Using a red tiger top vial, and guidance from me on which arm and vein to draw Cecilia was able to be the best vampire and get the sample like a champ. I have difficult veins. Shout out to Cecilia who was a rock-star at doing my hard draw venipuncture in the heat on the first try. I would also like to thank Gina for her attentiveness and patience in answering all my questions. The entire time from check in to blood draw was under 10 min. Q:They took my blood now whats next? 2-3 days the results will be emailed. If its positive for antibodies, my next plan is to reach out to American Heart Association or other Resources to see what I can do to donate plasma to help those in need recover faster. I trust my review will be placed with others that Yelp does not recommend and I would feel the need to go to confession if I failed to admit that Yelp considers that my being an employee (often only 4 hours a month) to be a "conflict of interest." My motivation for this review is simply share the title of the book that caused me to return to Catholic faith I was raised in hopes others seeking answers would be encouraged to read this book and be convinced to do same. My return has brought me a sense of belonging, community, and much needed peace.

For adults, there are resources for meeting and establishing small life groups, weekly on-campus men's and women's bible studies, marriage classes and more. For the kids, they have appropriate individual services for all age levels every Sunday. The staff and volunteers are wonderful and you will immediately feel welcome and like family. Services are about 80% streamed from Irvine and 20% live and local by Pastor Kenny. Either way the message feels fresh and interactive. Growth has been impressive and has become a fantastic community. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a service or two, and grab a donut too.
