The mechanic and shop owner have a shared agreement for compensation and they overcharge the customer to make money. You need to avoid this business because they don't respect your dollars and do unsatisfactory work. The business presents as an alternative to dealer service but they are not. They do bait and switch on pricing because they are not transparent on pricing. There is a price board hanging over the entry point to the mechanic shop with no prices for services offered. Do not use this business or recommend this business for any service they offer. The gas prices are much higher than average stations branded in the area.

I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. Yeah, not my brightest idea to come here really late at night. First and foremost, I was stupid to come this direction instead of going the other way out of my apartment complex. But here I was, at what is basically an island in the middle of nowhere late at night. I'm sure it probably has a different atmosphere about it during the daylight hours. I ended up needing both fuel for my vehicle and something to snack on myself. Getting the fuel was easy. Pull up to a pump, do your thing for pay, pump your fuel, and you are good to go. I made the mistake of going inside after I had pumped the fuel. It is small on the inside. Like way smaller than your typical gas station/convenience store combination you have today. This location shares the building to the repair shop portion. It wasn't bad, but the selection is extremely limited. I did find some items that would hold me over, but not necessarily what I needed or wanted. I made my way to pay, asked for some smokes, they had the type I am accustom to, so bonus there.

I asked why she told her husband to come out if she was going to do all the talking and she said ...so he can hear what I'm saying SMH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! All the way around! I flocked to this place because the "original" price per gallon was significantly lower compared to other places. However, I received a wake up call once I selected the credit card/debit card option on the pump. While most service station attendants can be somewhat cold, the folks at Sunoco are pretty chatty and friendly. Also, they will let you know of any specials that the convenience store has. For instance, if you buy one bottle of soda, they'll let you know of any BOGO deals. My only annoyance with this Sunoco: The air machine takes quarters and cards, but the vacuum only takes quarters.

Next time I stopped here I just wanted to grab a drink and a pack of smokes. When I got in here I was able to get my drink, but they were out of my smokes. You know how they say, 'fool me once, shame on your, fool me twice, shame on me'? I blame myself for returning here.
