There are a number of signature pizzas they offer or you can also build your own. I've tried many of them but my favourite was always The Diabolo. Sadly, it was recently removed from their menu but with the help of a chef who worked here for a while we were able to mostly recreate it. Tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, Calabrese sausage, and the most important piece: garlic oil! The only thing missing was eggplant which they didn't carry any more.
