It was very convenient to have everything done around the house! Our garage door switch within the house was broken and he was able to easily rewire everything to make within a few minutes. Then we had a job for in the backyard where our patio shade was dilapidated and molded after being exposed to rain/sun damage for the past 25+ years. We did not plan on fixing it that same day, but since it was such an eye soar and the garage door fix was so fast we were intrigued. Danny said he could get it done within a couple hours after getting the proper material and for not much more -- we thought MIGHT AS WELL! Like he said Danny said he got out patio shade fixed within a couple hours. He sanded down the frame to level it out, went to the hardware store, got everything cut within our backyard, & cleaned up everything within a couple hours. Overall, Danny was very efficient, reasonable in price, and fast. We were very happy with his work and we'll definitely hire him again for more work around our old house.

Anthony is super responsive to emails. He does not hesitate to provide a written estimate. I do not trust a business that will not provide a written estimate. Anthony secured the required COI, and he and the two technicians arrived a few minutes early. We had a great conversation as the techs removed and replaced the drain assembly in 50 minutes or less. I had attempted to complete the replacement myself, I am a DIY kind of gal, but could not even begin to remove the lock nut beneath the basin. I thought the basin would need to be unmounted from the wall, but no, it did not. I was impressed with the ease and speed at which the replacement was completed. I will certainly contract with Infinity Maintenance again. I found the cost to be reasonable as I understand Anthony is running a for profit business and must pay his team.

This guy Anthony was super rude and gave me lecture when I text and called him at the appointment window, lectured me and told me apologize is not enough and I have to explain to him why I think I need to apologize. He became very scary at the point. At that time I already thought about canceling the job and he is obviously not the only handyman in the area. But since I drove all the way from mid Jersey to Jersey City for this appointment, I did what he wished and " confessed" my mistake. After that I patiently waited for him in the car, he cancelled the appointment when the appointment window is almost ended, stating his " gut feeling" is not right. He could have simply said he couldn't make it to the appointment rather than going into this dramatic show and traumatize me after already wasted my time. And to reply to his reply, I said he can use the "side door" b/c he said he is concerned that the front desk will not let him in. It was a Saturday and front desk is usually a weekend staff who is not as experienced so to not risk him not able to enter I kindly offered to open the side door for him( this is the entrance that is closest to elevator and garage and has accessible entrance which we usually use) it has nothing to do with the management. In reality I myself entered through the main gate and already let the front desk know. And I told him we can enter through main gate after he said he wants to cancel for " gut feeling". I even text him to explain but he refused my call and ignore my text. On the other hand, he raised his concern at 11ish on the appointment day and I said he can go through the side door but he didn't say anything about it. Our appointment window was 1-1:30 and he canceled the appointment at 1:20 without a call to even discuss the matter. Again, nothing could explain his extreme yelling at 1pm when I tried to tell his I have arrived, at which time he did not mention anything about he was concerned about the side door. I wasted 50 mins drive+ 20 mins waiting on a Saturday. This is not including the time my tenant set aside for him. Seriously consider this review if you want to hire him.

Tile over existing tile floor & reglaze tiles. Issues: Painting/molding- 1. Painting around light switch rather than removing as a professional would. (picture attached) 2. Incorrect paint finish used on bathroom walls which led to cracking & now has to be redone (picture attached) 3. Fail to sand bathroom door frame (picture) 4. Sloppy seams and excessive chalk used on new baseboard moldings (pictures) 5. Used cut baseboard molding for window molding rather than using what I showed him matching what was in my bedroom. TV- 1. Unaware of what wires to pull which lead me running to spectrum to find out. a. If a contractor accepts a job, it's reasonable to expect them to know how to fully complete not ask me in the middle of doing it. 2. Wanting to plaster around pulled HDMI cable after pulling it. What does one do if wire needs to be replaced break the wall? a. There are switch plates for this, I am a female who works in finance - how do I know this and not a professional contractor? 3. Multiple attempts to hang TV mount with no attempt to repair holes left. (picture) 4. Nail Damaged spectrum wire. After job was complete, had to have spectrum rerun a new wire. I removed old wire, repaired holes and painted. Damage to home- 1. Numerous scratches left on my wood floor (pictures) 2. Someone/ thing slammed into foyer light breaking inner light bulb, nearly got glass in my face when I removed it to clean. I find no joy in leaving a negative review however would not want someone else going thru what I did. **Updated in response to company** I had no intention on responding but my review was 100% honest, I can't say the same for the response. This is 100% a lie... "In regards to plastering around an hdmi cable, we simply asked if we should do so, so that there isn't a large plate on the wall or if they would like a plate installed. I asked you and if I didnt you would have plastered around the wire. There was no option given you did not even have the plate to use. I had to run to Home Depot to get your crew the plate.
