They replaced missing line posts, found and replaced a broken terminal post, and eliminated one unnecessary terminal post. Now the fence has one long continuous line that is much nicer to look at. The new fabric was weaved in with the older fabric and appears seamless. They explained details well and checked to make sure we were happy as the project went along. We hired Steve to build a fence for our goats in October. Intitally the fence looked good. There…read morewas an incident with one of the employees verbally exploding on my husband when my husband criticized the fence (he though it was rushed and was weak) but Steve apologized for that. In January, the fence started to break. The goats would rub against it and the staples would come out where the fence was joined to the post. I tried to call Steve but he wouldn't answer. I left texts. Finally I asked my concierge to reach out. I was kicking myself that I hadn't had her line up the fence guy. She can get great people who do quality work. I only now saw Steves replies. He was rude and abrasive to her and insulted me and my husband. He said if we were "too important" to reach out to him ourselves then maybe we should get someone else to repair the fence. I did get him on the phone and he promised to come out and take a look. He never showed up. I made clear I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted to fence fixed and was willing to pay. He no showed me and then sent me a message that he had Covid and would be out in 10 days. The goats have now breached four sections of the fence. It was badly constructed and made out of inferior products. And it cost almost $4,000.00 Steve never showed up. I'm glad because now that I see the texts he sent my friend, I think he's half crazy and wouldn't feel comfortable with him on my property.

Follow up on action items and outsanding questions? No way, my guy. This summer, our deprioritized deck project came back with a vengeance. So, I picked up where I left off, reading reviews and reaching out to contractors. Several failed to respond. One company told me I'd need to pay $150 for the privilege of simply getting a quote. Now known as Summit Restoration...Shoddy work- not just regular shoddy but shoddy as in missing…read morelarge spots on EVERY wall, in hopes I don't see it did not completely cover my furniture so I am still cleaning up the dust mess, got mad when I didn't move the furniture, incredibly messy, got white paint all over the outside of my house and he "painted it" to cover it up , doesn't come when he says he will (only one day out of 3 weeks did he actually show when he said he would, and he got mad when I would ask him where he was) and then guilts/extorts for more money ( not just once but twice!!!!) Totally in over his head with a project he should not have attempted, clearly not a painter, did not wipe down nor clean walls prior to painting... did not have any steady employees and another job he did for me had a drunk... he would leave an hourly person he found to paint inconsistent hours and then wanted me to pay him more to find more people to paint. I am afraid of him as he is belligerent in his replies when I questioned him. I do not feel safe around him. I wound up paying him $2500 for not one room that was completed in my downstairs. He had his "friend" drop by to wind up giving me a sales pitch to buy coffee... I MEAN REALLY?!?!??!? BUYER BEWARE, he is a true scammer..Watch how he replies to this review...
