My parents recently were told to attend this cc, as opposed to SFCC, and was told this center opened two years ago. The bookstore in the CC is pretty small, but the great thing about this organization is, you can get anything and everything online. There is a main room, that seemed to only be able to fit 40-50? people (I could be over shooting it) and a smaller room (the overflow room) to the right that fits about 20? I didn't get a chance to check out the rest, because we were in a rush to leave, but I was impressed with this location and of course, everyone was so nice and friendly!

I have tried everything from functional medicine treatment to acupuncture and traditional therapy. While all of these things helped temporarily, I have never been able to find something that allowed me to find sustainable healing. As a result, I turned to this somatic practice in order to explore any underlying emotional or trauma issues that may be causing an imbalance in my body and preventing me from truly healing. I have worked with Jessy numerous times, and every session we have together is extremely supportive and enlightening; this was no exception. Through guided meditation, we uncovered emotional trauma that I thought had been resolved and brought it to the surface so that it could be released. After the session, we also started to incorporate flower essences into my daily routine to further support me on my healing journey. This is an ongoing healing journey for me, but even after one session, I felt physically and emotionally lighter, and was able to tap into my body's wisdom for self-healing; my physical symptoms also lessened. It is so difficult to explain exactly how this program works, because it is different for everyone. Jessy is incredibly intuitive and has such a gift for tapping into what each individual needs to support them on their own journey. I am one of her biggest fans and highly recommend working with her if you are looking to delve deeper into your own intuitive wisdom to heal yourself.

However, I see now that they have Streaming options online for those of us who are not local. I'm looking forward to participating that way. My experience with Hard Light Center is that it isn't about being on a meditating "high" and blissed out happy and doing a Spiritual Bypass because one doesn't want to deal with life stuff. It's about waking up on a consciousness/soul level and moving through/releasing what is needed for that to happen. Life is profoundly different from pre-Hard Light life, I credit Mark's influence and abilities for it. I highly recommend Hard Light Center.

My old back problem played up again this morning. Normally I would trooper through but seeing this…read morewas my vacation I decided to let a professional look at it. Big problem it was Sunday and all the studios were closed. I've drove around and found Just Breath Pilates. Even though they were closed there was somebody inside the studio and I knocked on the window and explained my problem. Around an hour later I was outside again, with a back that felt a whole lot better. Thank god for all the stretching and those special exercises :-) Just Breath Pilates saved the day. The girl who helped me was very friendly and the atmosphere was very open. It was also extremely cool that they helped me, even though they were closed. I thanked them for that one a lot. But the girl brushed those words of with 'happy to be of service'. One thing that was funny is: the studio has machines that looks like set pieces form 50 shades of grey. But they helped ;-) The stretching helped my back, but afterward the girl who helped me said I had let someone help with my back when I got home. Which was good advice.
