I messaged this company through their website, but never heard back so I called them, Luis answered, and he was in my area, and stopped by within 15 minutes. I liked him, we chatted, I showed him my fence and he gave me two verbal numbers depending on much of the fence we decided to rebuild. He then said he's send me over the actual quote with a couple of pictures of options, so I could discuss with my neighbors. And then... nothing. I never got the quote or pictures. I send numerous text messages asking nicely for it. I called and left him a voicemail. I sent two emails through the website. Someone on Facebook who claims to know him well even supposedly messaged him on my behalf. Still zero reply. This person needs to go and take a simple course in client management. Why bother coming to my house, wasting my time if you 1) seemingly don't want to do the job and 2) can't even manage the decently a reply. I even point blank asked, if you don't want to do the job, at least just TELL me so I know. Zero reply to any attempts to make contact. I was going to hire them to do the job. All it would have taken was a REPLY to any of my attempts to contact them again. Maybe your luck will vary, but 1 star for this utter waste of time.

Lalo quickly answered my call Sunday and was at my home on Monday morning to replace the broken spring. He also gave us sound advice to replace its 20 y.o. mate. Lalo was very conscientious, prepared, efficient and tidy. He went the extra mile by tightening all of loose bolts on the door and oiling all of the hinges and wheels. He is indeed super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. Owner is Eduardo aka "Lalo." It was a Saturday morning, but he happily came out immediately. It took him 30 minutes to change out our springs, adjust the garage door opener chain, spray lubricant on all the metal hinges and rollers and test the safety sensor.
