My daughter and I came in for our appointment and from start to end it could of not felt so racist and filled with microaggressions, the tech was some blonde who was nothing but cold and and short with my daughter. The tech talked to my daughter in such a tone it felt so uneasy which come to find out my gut feeling was right! Reason being is when we got to looking at glasses the manager John could of not been so cold and rude! He said under his breath that my daughter and I were "being too picky" and that he "cant do this because he is getting annoyed" after hearing that I decided to pay extra close attention to him and the level of microaggressions the manger displaced to my daughter and I was just plane disgusting! Never coming back and will go somewhere that doesn't care about skin color

Sales person lied telling me that my insurance covered two pairs of glasses, it did not. Thing is…read morethat I would have and did gladly pay for the second pair, but because she kept lying to me, I will not be back there next year for glasses. Dr Nancy Simmons was great, she explained everything to me and was listening and monitoring the tech as I got my Digital Retinal Imaging done. I will return for my eye exam here next year.

Then I brought in Nike frames and they refused to order lenses for me. I've been going here for years and these two ladies have treated me this way every time. Still selling the same frames for years and years. They actually wanted to sell me the same frames I was wearing in a different color. Sales sharks and very rude. Never again. Dr was nice though.

She adjusts my back so I won't have back problems and she performs acupuncture on my knees and feet. I used to have to rely on Advil to get me through the day but now I don't have to. I've gone through two other chiropractors and none of them have been able to treat me as Dr. Rita has. I give Whole Health my full recommendation. I just can't say enough good things!!
