They were always professional and we have an outstanding Property Manager who is not only on the ball, but she cares about the community. Their staff is very knowledgeable in their field and have many experts to ask advise from. I would definitely recommend AA if you are looking to switch to a new property management service. This company is horriable! I will never live in another building managed by them. It has been a…read morenightmare. Takes them over 2 weeks to return my phone calls or e-mails, if I am lucky. And when they do, they are so unprofessional,arrogant and rude about everything. They act as if they are not getting paid to take care of things. If I did not have a husband that knew a few things around the house, the place would fall apart! They start work ont he grounds when everyone is still sleeping. They do not care about anyone or anything in this building. I WARN YOU, DO NOT MOVE INTO A PLACE THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF!!!
