Our instructor for our PALS class was Michael and he did such an amazing job simplifying everything and making a very long class interesting and easy to remember. He was also very approachable and made use of our time wisely! Kids are not my strong suit but he made me want to work with kids after the class was over. Haha. I retained more information taking this class over any other PALS class I've done in the past. Highly recommend taking his class! On the contrary, our instructor for our ACLS class was all over the place. I don't remember her name but she was a total opposite of Michael. It just felt so disorganized and confusing at times. My son's work schedule changed so he was able to take a weekend class instead. Rescheduling was easy- I emailed them and they got back within a couple of hours with the changes in place. Very professional…read more There were a bit of mishaps. The training center is on the 300-400 building and the suite number is 430. I got lost in the beginning, but I still managed to find it. Every time I called, the number was busy or I was taken straight to voicemail. If you can't reach them by phone, you can reach them through Facebook Messenger. When I got to the room, I was told that the appointments for the day I chose were all canceled. BUT!!!!!!! Don't judge to quickly from what I wrote. Even though my appointment and a few others were canceled, due to the mixup, I still got to take the class. The lady that helped me out was very kind and gentle. She managed to help us out and we were able to take our class, test, and practice. She took care of us individually and we managed to finish the class rather quickly. Overall, I love the service. I highly recommend you take your CPR training here.
