Something I wouldn't do with just anyone. I'll start out by saying, I'm picky and ask a lot of questions up front to avoid a disaster situation for both of us later. Mark was patient and answered all my questions up front, allowed me to send him photos and videos of the damaged side panel of the front seats that I needed repaired. He asked me what I wanted accomplished and what my expectations were and he listened to ME! Mark never tried to take me a different route, never tried to upsell me on anything else, never pushed anything aftermarket on me, just gave me an original looking repair that never looked as if damage had happened to begin with! After, he advised me on the best product to use for moisturizing the leather, talked to me about best next steps for letting the repair cure (letting it sit for 48 hours if possible, not really necessary but I'm a perfectionist) and offered to touch up anything that didn't look up to par later if anything happened or I noticed anything. Personally, I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a leather or vinyl repair - You'd be hard pressed to find anyone with the experience or passion that Mark has!
