Also, the customer service was better than what I could ask from a business. We got stuck in the snow and were going to be late for our appointment by at least two hours. Jerry rearranged his schedule so that we could still have our pictures taken, since this was the only day and time the whole family could make it. Once we finally made it to the location, all the children were cranky and unwilling to listen to parents. Jerry was funny and personable and somehow had the ability to make them all smile so that our pictures turned out great. We will definitely be returning to Mar Del for future portraits, to include senior pictures and weddings for our three girls.

After three attempts, the interviewer finally appeared only to inform us that all positions had been filled and the meeting was canceled. No advance notice or apology was offered. This level of miscommunication and avoidance of accountability is deeply unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
