Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and poorly executed. Between the missing staples, questionable bar service, and underwhelming food, this location did not feel worth the cost.

We also tried the rattlesnake pasta--very flavorful, but a bit too spicy for me personally. My friend loved it though, so if you enjoy a good kick, it's definitely worth trying. I haven't been to any CB for years, and never to this one as it isn't close to home. There was plenty of free parking and although it looked really busy, we were seated right away. The bacon was slightly undercooked for me but standard for restaurant and I didn't specify crispy so that was my bad. I had one kind of sad moment when I realized I should have brought my own pure maple syrup. Theirs is better than some, at 50% maple syrup and 50% "restaurant syrup", which is largely high fructose corn syrup. But still. The only slight hitch was when our server kind of vanished ... and never came back. DGS said he heard someone saying their name near the restrooms when he went, so maybe they were summoned by management, who knows? Regardless, the helpful cashier was able to pull up my order when I told her the server's name and where we sat, so I could pay the check.
