I love some truck tacos. I got the pastor, carnitas and birria tacos. Pastor was ok. Seasoning was appropriate. You can tell they use fresh pineapple because it has a nice acidity and sweetness to it. Carnitas was solid. Great with a little great sauce. Good crispy bits and juicy meat. Birria was flavorful and tender but not really the long grain meat that you usually associate with birria. They were smaller chunks but very tender. I might say I prefer it this way because you get a little more surface area. The tacos are the tiny tortillas but they had a good bit of meat. I was asked if I wanted one or two tortillas. I'm not sure what the cost was or even what the right answer is I got upsold on a strawberry horchata. Never had that before. It's a great idea. Not sure why it isn't a thing. Pretty good food. Meats well-seasoned and they have 4 different sauces to choose from. Just place them in a to-go plastic containers and add them to your dish, taco or burrito. The size of the burrito is as large as my hand. You do get a lot of food for the price. My daughter had the birria plate and it was good as well. Comes with rice, beans and corn tortillas. Their food stall is covered nicely so if it rains you will stay dry. There's also seating into a covered area if you have time to eat there. I've been here twice now. First time about 1.5 hours before closing and once during the day time. It was late and it seemed like it was still booked and busy. I ordered carne asada tacos, carnita tacos, tamales, and flautas. The food was really flavorful and they even hooked me up with an extra taco and tamale. Let's just say it was sooo good I had to come again a few days later. This time it was the guy who served me. My only complaint was that we wanted more grilled onion, the guy was so kind and he took care of us. He kept his word, the food again was delicious! Even the rice and beans were flavorful! The owners and daughter were super nice and friendly! Their tamales are amazing! The chicken and vegetarian had a little spice and so much flavor with not a ton of masa. So the ratio to masa and meat was on point. They also had a strawberry tamales that was sweet and yummy. Quesabirria was huge and flavorful and would order again! Camila's is a new Mexican food truck that has joined the already great Mexican restaurant scene in Aloha. Despite the competition, Camila's manages to hold its own.  This family-owned business opened just two months ago and already has a reputation for serving fantastic classics. They serve tacos on homemade, pressed tortillas and the asada taco and Lengua were both tender, fatty, and packed with flavor.  We also tried their burrito, which came with beans, rice, pico, cilantro, lettuce, and protein. The best part is that they are fully customizable, so I highly recommend them.  In addition to the tacos and burritos, they also offer four different salsas, including an avocado hot sauce that I highly recommend. They also have delicious tamales, including a strawberry tamale that was a delightful surprise. I had never tried a sweet tamale before, but it was really good.  Not only is the food amazing, but the family who runs the truck are also incredibly friendly and kind. WOW!!! Being an Arizona girl and Mexican food being my favorite I was not expecting to find good Mexican food while on a business trip to the northwest. I preferred Mexican last night from another place and was pleasantly surprised. Tonight I ordered Camilas based on a recommendation and I'm SO glad I did! Amazing flavor in every bite! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and my order was prepared to perfection, arriving picture perfect even after a ride with uber eats :) if you want a good authentic satisfying meal check this place out and support local! Oh... by the way I had the torta and added a fresh chili on the side. I could only tackle half of it because it is massive as you can see in the pics but I will be taking to work for lunch tomorrow, yay! read more

Typically, this food cart is excellent. Customer service is excellent but the last two times I went to get tamales. They were not good at all. One was raw and not edible. The other was so dry un edible as well. Typically her tamales are by far the best. I will go back and try again. read more

Everytime I come to this specific food truck I always get the best service! The ambiance is definitely a family feel, very welcoming, caring people who run the place. They told me the whole story about how they opened their food Truck and the name was based on their daughter, I just couldn't think of a more perfect place to eat.
