Cute indoor "playground" for the kids. CAMP kept our kiddos occupied the full hour and is a good experience for 20months-7yo. We paid close to $40 to experience paw patrol, the theme was prevalent in decor but not so much the activities. Definitely worth it if you go on a low-traffic day! The gift shop had a ton of great toys and discount plushies which were a plus for my toddler. The staff was young adults so you can't expect over the top customer service, they were kind however. Moms be mindful that there isn't anywhere to put your bags so maybe a fanny pack or leave it in the car. read more

Toy store with paw patrol experience in the Target plaza across from Perimeter Mall. Paw patrol part was quite disappointing though. It's only an hour (yes, they really do kick you out at the hour.. they'll call your group 5 minutes before your hour ends to go to a "dance finale" in a small room). Our 4 year old had a blast, but there really wasn't much to do. And it's ridiculous they make parents pay full price. It was only worth it because they had a flash sale for 50%. I don't think I'll pay full price especially if it goes up to like $30-$40 at peak times. They did have activities (toys, coloring, blocks) you can do outside of paw patrol in the main store while you wait for your reservation time and also afterwards, which was great for my daughter to play more because she was upset with how short paw patrol was. They also had additional paid experiences like slime making. The employee was very nice and played with our daughter for a little bit too. read more

Not much to do for the price you pay. A lot of standing around, my daughter was 6 at the time and it took her maybe 15-20 minutes to do everything then that was it. Despite all the gifts in the gift shop you'd think they'd give out better prizes other than a sticker. The first encounter with the young lady at the front desk was painful. As soon as we walked to the desk the first thing out of her mouth was "you here for the experience". I said good morning twice before she acknowledged it, THEN I proceeded with the conversation. Very standoff for the first impression of the employees but her counterpart made up for it and was very high energy when it came to interacting with my daughter on her birthday. Very disappointed I reserved and paid for a Sky mask online just to arrive and be told they were out, she was upset but chose Chase in the pick of Chase and rubble. Would never spend that much again for her to run around in a big room when she could've had a way better time somewhere else. Bought 4 of the toys they had in there somewhere else because of how high the prices were. These are children's toys not baseball memorabilia. read more

We came here during the Paw Patrol experience and honestly it was not worth it. Parents/guardians have to pay full price to just stand around and watch their kids play. The play area was quite small and you are limited to 1 hour. Maybe the stations in the actual store are worthwhile (none were set up while we were there), but I would recommend to go to any other indoor playground instead. read more

If you're going to ask parents to shell out $30 for their kids to play with subpar toys, the least you could do is provide some perks--maybe a café or bar for the parents inside the playroom? The cost is wildly disproportionate to the experience. $30 for one hour in a single themed room? It's hard to justify when there are better options like Hippo Hop, which offers all-day play for a fraction of the price and a much more enjoyable experience for both kids and parents. What disappointed me most was the misleading presentation. From their marketing, I expected a series of interactive, themed rooms that would keep kids engaged and moving. Instead, it was just one big room with a time limit. Spending $90 for an hour of play left me feeling frustrated and regretful. This was so much fun I was introduced to this store when my daughter was invited to be a part of a news outlet filming We took neighbor and went back to the exhibit. You go through a magical hidden door and are transported to another world. This was Little Mermaid under the sea! It was amazing! The performers were so talented and they performed the new Little Mermaid songs! There were ample photo ops and kids play structures. For the older kids there was a scavenger hunt...it wasn't for the faint of heart. that was HARD! I dunno ... can't wait to see what else comes to this store The store itself was nice with a ton of kids toys - slime making spot, salon spot, car to climb in and toys out to encourage play. read more

Everything is cute but over priced. Adults pay a full price ticket to stand around. They really have no involvement. This place is for kids to enjoy singing, playing and climbing, not adults. Would be worth it if prices were more reasonable. Tons of toys in the store to buy. Not many play areas in the actual venue. The pictures you see is what you get. Tons of staff that are available. I wouldn't return with entire family. Maybe just smallest child (under 5) and myself (because she couldn't go alone). read more

This was an impromptu stop on a mommy daughter fun day and it did not disappoint. She got the royal treatment with mermaid face paint, jewels and tinsel hair. We then went to the little mermaid experience. She loved it and it was very well done. Love having a place for kids in the area! read more

Brought the kids to meet Bluey here. The store seems like a great place to shop, but there are some "gotchas" with the events. They have a "slime station" set up that's a big draw for the kids. You'll find out that it costs $25 each once your kids are already elbow deep in their slime. I'm very sore about paying $50+ for maybe 40¢ worth of glue and borax. The character meet was offensively short for the price of the tickets. For what we paid, I could have rented the costumes and recreated the event at home. Did the kids have fun? Yes. Would we do it again? Probably not. read more

Awful experience. We bought our tickets 3 months ahead of time, only for them to not honor them at the door. Apparently, they canceled our tickets last month and never notified us nor refunded us. We showed up today at our reserved time and the manager told me it wasn't her problem. It was my daughters bday and both myself and my husband took off work and drove 1.5 hours for this experience. This morning they sent an additional confirmation email confirming our tickets today and I confirmed I have no such email saying they were canceled as the manger rudely told me. There was also another family there that bought there tickets this morning who were also turned away. Why are you offering tickets for times and days you are not open and then not refunding them? If it was a decision that was made this month (as the manager stated) why is the website up to this very second allowing you to purchase tickets at times you are closed? We were told today we would be refunded in 10 days after I made a scene. There was zero effort to rectify the situation, instead you had a manager that was combative and not helpful in the least. This is outrageous. Oh, and when I left a review of Facebook, they blocked me. This company is a POS and I would not recommend you support it. A report has also been filed with the BBB. ​ read more
