Walk at the end of experience
    Virginia L.

Not much to do for the price you pay. A lot of standing around, my daughter was 6 at the time and it took her maybe 15-20 minutes to do everything then that was it. Despite all the gifts in the gift shop you'd think they'd give out better prizes other than a sticker. The first encounter with the young lady at the front desk was painful. As soon as we walked to the desk the first thing out of her mouth was "you here for the experience". I said good morning twice before she acknowledged it, THEN I proceeded with the conversation. Very standoff for the first impression of the employees but her counterpart made up for it and was very high energy when it came to interacting with my daughter on her birthday. Very disappointed I reserved and paid for a Sky mask online just to arrive and be told they were out, she was upset but chose Chase in the pick of Chase and rubble. Would never spend that much again for her to run around in a big room when she could've had a way better time somewhere else. Bought 4 of the toys they had in there somewhere else because of how high the prices were. These are children's toys not baseball memorabilia.

Everything is cute but over priced. Adults pay a full price ticket to stand around. They really have no involvement. This place is for kids to enjoy singing, playing and climbing, not adults. Would be worth it if prices were more reasonable. Tons of toys in the store to buy. Not many play areas in the actual venue. The pictures you see is what you get. Tons of staff that are available. I wouldn't return with entire family. Maybe just smallest child (under 5) and myself (because she couldn't go alone).

    Little mermaid experience.

The owners were super helpful but also gave my sister and I plenty of space to take our time and chat. I'm in love with my heart, and my sister did a gorgeous wood burning project. No matter your craft or creativity level, you'll find something here! There are also a few kits and things you can buy to bring home, as well as an area to get permanent jewelry. This place is perfect for a party or just a fun outing. We'll be back!

The stencils and stamps the did have left were very old and didn't work. Also, the employees just seem really absent minded and not knowledgeable or interested. And whatever you do don't forget to take a picture of your art work before you go. If you don't, they will have no way to figure out if it's finished. They won't call to tell you it is finished. And if you don't go get it within 30 days it will be destroyed. Their system is very archaic and dysfunctional. They don't tell you that you have to take a picture, you're somehow just supposed to know this. Also, expect to spend at least $75-$100, which I think is very over priced. Just go somewhere else instead.

There are great inspiration pieces all around the shop and they usually have seasonal items out. You paint your item, they fire it for you, and you come back in a few days to pick it up. I believe you can also use their clay and make your own items as well! For the pre-made ceramics you paint, you pay one cost for the items and that includes the paint and firing. If you don't finish a piece in one sitting, you can bubble wrap it, take it home, and bring it back to finish another day! Feel free to bring your own food and drink!

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE!…read more This store is chocked full of goodies. It is like falling down a rabbit hole because it just goes on and on and is the full length of the building. You can actually exit out of the rear door. This store has lots of gift ideas for your home and garden such as cute little lunch and picnic bags, home decor items, garden accessories and supplies, fragrances, chimes, gift cards and so much more. I love the "laugh out loud gift cards". These are the cards that you read and immediately laugh out loud. My favorite birthday card today had a picture of an older woman on the front and read: Gurrrl!, 39 again? and when you open it, it says: Do you even own a mirror? I loved it and if I had a frenemy, this would be the perfect card. Unfortunately this is not a card that I would actually give to a friend but one that I would share for a good laugh. There were several of these very funny cards along with more serious ones. In the second room there was a collection of fragrances that you could actually test. They came in the form of creams, sprays, liquids and diffusers. I tested one and will be returning to purchase some because as I sit here, I am enjoying this wonderful light scent that is not overwhelming and does not cause my eyes to water. Today I picked up Wind and Willow Chili and cheese hot dip mix. I hope the product tastes as good as the picture looks. They had several varieties but I chose this one because it was lower in sodium and will pair well with my blue tortilla chips. This is a great mature gift shop where you can find items of dignity to give your friends. No more tacky tees and cheap garbage as you will find truly thoughtful options available.
