She guided me through all my options and we decided on Dalbello's with a wrap around lining. She took as much time as she needed to make sure the boots were perfect for my feet. The store is massive with women's clothing on one side, men's on another- then their other departments follow. And yes, prices are steep- but these folks carefully select their products and only want to sell reliable gear/clothing that will last for years to come. I appreciated how up front they were and headed their advice! I'll be running the board through it's final paces this season and getting a new one come spring. Neither of us had ever kayaked, but after a quick tutorial we were on our way, with their guides nearby, of course. The guides are great (well, they were great that day) and they have comparable prices. Now that we know what to do, we go straight to the waterfront and rent out kayaks for the day so that we could paddle the river and pull up on random little shores to explore. It's an affordable and easily accessible activity. Tours need to be booked online or at the actual store location on Main Street. Kayak rentals can be done at the waterfront, depending on availability. And yes, you can use your card at the waterfront! I do wish they had later hours. Imagine kayaking in a sunset...oh!

The clay shooting itself is very fun and challenging. Our instructor Paula gave us great tips on hitting the target, gun safety and usage. She was an outstanding teacher!
