Awful dealer. Still do NOT have permanent plates 2.5 months after purchase. They also lied and said they sent temp plates via USPS because the first set already expired. Don't expect them to honor any agreement especially if it's not in writing. Tried 7 times to get a manager to call back about honoring an agreement they made about fixing a heater that was sold non functional. He was always "busy but would call back within 24 hours." My fault for not getting it in writing. Even the dealership that was going to do the work locally remembered them agreeing to take care of it. Also wouldn't trust most of the reviews. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Camp County. It has issues from the factory which have not been resolved yet. In the shop (in Sulphur Springs) 5 times for "Electrical issues". Worst part of it? SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!! Bought a truck 6 months ago from them and it's been in the shop more than I've driven it. Charged me $2000 more than the listed price online. Sold me a warranty that wasn't for my vehicle. Had my truck in their service center for over a month falsely claiming it was going to be ready every week, sometimes twice a week. All they're positive reviews are PUSHED in return for a vehicle care kit by cassie aka Maegan Hall (worthless employee, why are you even here, what's your purpose) before even leaving with your vehicle to see what's all wrong with it. Was put in 2 loaner vehicles with the tps messed up on both (one of the many problems with the vehicle they sold me) then was threatened by the owner (micHELL McDonalds) to file it against my insurance when I have proof it was messed up before I drove it, and threatened to take me to court over it. PLEASE DO. I would love to bring forward all my evidence to a judge and get my money back. Then he proceeded to threaten me physically and pushed up against me with his Santa belly like all that cushion was supposed to do something. Threatened to "show me what he'd do" and had his employee's surround my vehicle while trying to leave, maybe he should put that effort into fixing his vehicles before selling them to people. This guy's full of empty promises. All the employees here are in on this SCAM, don't trust any of them. They get a kick out of calling cops on angry customers and watching instead of doing their crap jobs, when the cop told me they're constantly called there because of, you guessed it, ALL THE ANGRY CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE! I initially contacted Dow car salesman Ted asking about a Blazer. He said he had one that was returned after 3 months. I said the price was too high but he said they would be willing to make a deal and pretty sure he could get me in it and they have a dodge dealership so he could get me a good price for my ram truck. I went on Friday and gave him our credit info and he said can't put me in that Blazer because too upside down with my truck but can put me in a new Equinox. I said I really didn't want an Equinox. He didn't even show me the Blazer. He told me take the Equinox overnight and come back tomorrow to see if I liked it. We came back and I said it is too small. Can we drive a Blazer and Traverse? I told him I liked the Blazer I asked if he had a base model because the ones on the lot weren't, they were the high priced ones. He said no, so I asked about Traverse and they send us to a different guy and he says note would be 899 for a base Traverse. I tell Ted we are going to eat and think about the Equinox. He says take the Equinox. We come back and I tell him again I want to sleep on it. He pressures us more. He says that no one will be able to put us in a Blazer. I show him some Blazers and he pulls up some reviews about the place saying they are lying. The only reason I was getting rid of my truck was because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it was too big and it had gotten hard to drive but I wanted a Blazer. He convinced me that I wouldn't be able to get one anywhere because they are too high. Everytime we tried to leave he would pressure us more to take the Equinox. I ended up taking the Equinox because we were down and believed we couldn't get into a Blazer. I contacted Ted the next morning and said I wanted my truck back because like I said so many times to him the suv was too small. He said suv already funded can't do that. I said then please find me a Blazer or Traverse. One minute can't do anything because they are funded already but then he said if I have 3000 down he might be able to do something. I called Monday a day after buying it and they said you were here all day Saturday if you didn't want it you shouldn't have signed the papers. I explained we were pressured into having a vehicle we didn't want. So they get you in their and then put you in what they want you in. By the way Hall dealership had a Blazer they could have got for us the same price as this Equinox. read more
