I was weepy, because my toddler and puppy were being separated for the first time - Denise reassured us, and said text anytime! We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home. I was very anxious to leave him with anyone as he has severe separation anxiety. She has been awesome. In addition to walking him and playing with him she leaves the most amazingly comprehensive notes detailing her visit. I am just so impressed by her responsiveness and attention to detail. They do not value the dogs finding a forever home like they claim. When I had the meet and greet with the dog, I picked out which was a Siberian Husky Mix, I even told them that I already went shopping for the dog's necessities. Their staff also is unprofessional and has poor response time as I waited a week to hear back from a staff member after I had already been there and contacted them on various occasions regarding my application in which I had to leave a voicemail even during their regular business hours.

In these types of circumstances....one on one attention is always preferred. Other than running my own two chihuahuas out for a quick potty break...Dogs ( as well as other types of pets ) are supervised 24/7. Your furbaby lives with us in out small cozy home for their stay. In the warmer weather we may have meals out on the back porch. There is a kiddie pool to cool down in as well as a fenced in yard. Even out in the yard....everyone is always supervised. I take no chances. Your pooch is cared for as if they were my own. Pups staying weekends might go on a hike or to the lake or state park. I use long lines and never let pups off leash. Bigger pups love the adventure. We never use crates...ever! Pups may be separated using baby gates at mealtime and for brief timeouts only.

First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper. Additionally, the space is spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority! I can't recommend Furever Friends Family enough.
