The overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. There are three treadmills, one elliptical, and on stationary bike for cardio - you can come by any time the studio is open and use the equipment. Three small training rooms are available for individual training, as well as a larger room for various classes (yoga, zumba,...) The trainers all appear friendly and knowledgeable - I have first hand experience with my own trainer as well as the owner, Terri, of both their knowledge, support of their clients achieving their personal goals, and caring for them as people (and not just clients). It all makes for an experience where I *want* to work-out (as opposed to "should" or "have to").

My wife took a five week boot camp style class from Dynamic Fitness. A couple weeks into the…read moreprogram Keith Cameron the owner and instructor hurt his knee. He sent out a text that the class would be cancelled and if anyone had crutches he could barrow. My wife had recently recovered from knee surgery so she told him she had a pair he could use. Recently our daughter had a bad trampoline accident and we have been trying to get the crutches back for a month. Since my wife did not sign up for another session she does not see Keith anymore. She has called, text, e-mail many time but no reply. She even had a friend text him about info about when his next class would be and he replied within 24 hours. I am not going to say anything negative just the facts. You can decide on Mr. Cameron's integrity, honest, consideration, and character. I am the husband and we had to barrow crutches from a friend of our because a new pair was going to be $400 and someone we had tried to help would not return them.
