At each camp group you will find people at various fitness levels so I love that I don't feel the need to compare myself to others. Also, no 2 workouts are the same, even from trainer to trainer. There are many locations throughout the BCS area, with a variety of start times, to choose from. There are also several trainers to choose from so you can definitely find the right fit! All you need is a mat, a set of weights, and some water! The great thing is that if you are just starting, your trainer will have a mat and weights you can use while you try to figure out which weights are right for you, so don't let the lack of equipment stop you from starting! Every Saturday there is a community workout which typically takes place at Wolf Pen Creek. It is free to anyone who wants to come so this is a great opportunity to try it out.
