I've been going to this Orange Theory for about a month now, and this place is pretty good. The price point is better than competing gyms like RevFit or F45, and the workout is just as good. Orange Theory uses heart rate monitoring to guide you during the workout. The coach will tell you to get to base (the green zone) or to push or go all out (orange or red zones). The colored zone you're in shows up on a few big TVs around the room and at the cardio equipment you're on, so you always have a good idea how much effort you're giving and can manage your heart rate according. The actual session is typically 60 minutes. A short warm up and exercise demo is followed by 30ish minutes on the treadmill, rower, or bike, and then another 30ish minutes of floor exercises (similar to a HIIT or circuit training workout). You can actually choose if you want to start with cardio or the floor first. Overall I'm happy with Orange Theory and this location. I recommend giving it a try if you're interested. They even do military/first responder discounts!

It is currently week 4 and I feel amazing!! Coming here is the highlight of my day, and I look forward to coming in, seeing new friends, and being pushed to greatness by the instructors and team. All of the instructors are educated, carry their own strengths, and create workouts that are challenging, doable, and that produce results! I have a zeal for coming to the gym that I never had before. I have seen the results since day 1, starting with my energy and mindset shifts, and then in no time the inches and lbs began to shed. I love that when I come here, they know me and call me by name, we interact and push one another to go above and beyond, and anytime I have a question - all of the staff are able and willing to answer. After your first day, you will feel like a part of a family of familiar and genuine people who want to see you win. Everyone is cheering you on, and pushing you to your fullest potential, and in the process your are building bonds and creating friendships. It is true that "in these four walls your life will change" and I am grateful that I invested in myself and trusted them on that promise. I won't stop until I reach my goal. Instead of being welcomed, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes just to have my pass "activated." When someone finally came over (Zach), I was told I couldn't use the pass because my ID still listed my old address in Grapevine--20 miles away. Rather than simply verifying at the door and letting me work out, I was hit with an immediate, canned sales pitch. No effort to listen, no discovery questions, no interest in what I was actually looking for--just a pushy attempt to close a sale. It felt like classic bait-and-switch: offer a trial pass, then refuse to honor it and pivot straight into selling a membership. This is unprofessional, a waste of time, and the opposite of good customer service. I came in fully intending to sign up after trying the gym. Instead, I left disappointed. Please invest in properly training your staff--this is a people business, not just a sales quota.
