She strung me along and yeah yeahed me repeating over and over her self assured insistence that I was not following the rules and therefore she was helpless to do the decent thing and cancel the membership. Contemptible behavior. She assured me after I was no longer bound by contract I was month to month and could cancel. She later admitted to me after that she was not responsible for my lack of understanding of the contract I had signed essentially admitting she could care less about my circumstances after taking a hit to my income and customer service was not her responsibility. Absolutely contemptuous. When I told her she was disingenuous and a liar she threatened to call the police on me for coming in to her office to 'bully her' and 'scream' at her. She continued to interrupt and talk over me with excuses and excuses, she characterized the exchange as being hostile after I raised my voice when she continued to talk over me. Absolute reprehensible behavior. Over the course of a year, at 60 dollars a month, and 43 dollar 'annual fees' (charged more than once per year, and with bank overdraft fees caused by the repeated payments outside of my budget, these greedy and irresponsible people cost me over a thousand dollars. Do your self a favor and find another place. Look at the other reviews, this 'business' is aware of this and continues to operate with no repercussions for their actions. This is clearly a case of family/friend working together and is despicable behavior given they are veiling a known loophole or whatever to exercise leverage when this very situation repeats itself, they waste your time under the pretext you are 'failing to follow the rules,', with a sad cycnical assumption you are a bad actor simply complicating a simple process. They have been taken through litigation and still after years they are operating under abc fitness protection hiding behind a 'contract' Places like this are what there are laws for. They take advantage of the system. This is not over abc fitness. Rest assured.

This is not a place where the instructor will yell at you, or get in your face, if you're going slower than others. It is a place to learn proper form, at your own pace, and meet some great people! Jennifer will actually encourage you to slow down to perfect your form. If you have been nervous about starting an exercise routine, this is an excellent place to start! It is priced very reasonably for what you get, great workouts with a trainer who is monitoring form and watching for signs that you're over-exerting yourself, and won't judge your weaknesses. In addition, the people who workout here are not judgmental, and are welcoming of new members. One of the scariest parts of going to a gym to workout is the fear of what others will think or say, but the atmosphere of SWEATS is one of positivity and celebrating each other's accomplishments (even the small ones)!

I'm a newbie to pilates, and have been trying all the free sessions, to find what works for me. The class is from a prerecorded video. You are on the floor, attempting to keep up with the video. The video is playing at the top of the box, you have to struggle to do the moves while looking up(you are on the floor). I tried about 20 minutes. The front desk lady was very nice and tried to motivate me to stay longer. I couldn't do it. For me, it was a horrible experience. For others, tons of people enjoy it. They also have a rowing sauna box, and spin box with a few bikes crammed in, and a mini gym in the back.

On top of all of this nonsense, they do not properly explain that to you at sign up, charge you around $100 to buy there mats and towels plus membership and if you decide to leave an unfavorable review, they will attack your review in there attempt to make excuses for there failure.
