The instructors encourage this behavior throughout the class session. It goes to show you that the environment you're in is a direct result of the leaders at the top. This location doesn't look very big - but it honestly has plenty of room for every workout we've ever done without feeling cramped. The child center space is great and the child center staff has consistently been great with my baby boy. The trainers are wonderful - I love that they push you to try harder but they aren't breathing down your neck while you're working out.
