Customer service goes a long way even if your busy on the phone with another customer it's not hard to say ma'm I see your there and I'll be right with you. But to not offer any assistance or even look at me says a lot about their treatment of other customers.

I came in with a shaking/misfire issue and instead of just throwing random parts at it, they spent the time to properly diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bad ignition coil on cylinder 2, and they got it fixed quickly and at a fair price. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. They recommended a carbon cleaning service for later on but made it clear there was no pressure at all. The owner even told me he'd rather spend extra time diagnosing the issue correctly than waste my money replacing unnecessary parts, which is hard to find nowadays. Truck is running smooth again and I definitely trust these guys. Highly recommend Rick's Repair Service if you want honest mechanics that actually care about doing the job right. Kudos to these technicians, they have definitely earned my business in the future!
