Ms. Stacy runs a fantastic program, and her leadership really shows in the quality of care provided. Miss Deanna is equally incredible, providing that extra layer of support and management that keeps everything running smoothly. Even when something goes wrong at home before the day at daycare! They're his driver Ms Michelle is so cautious and cheerful for the kiddos each day for school drop offs. SO convenient right?! What truly sets them apart is their tender hearts, safety and comfort of the children is al Amy's on top of the list and flexibility! They are incredibly accommodating; as long as you provide notice, La Petite Academy is always willing to work with you and your family's specific needs. It feels like a true partnership in raising our children. Our kids genuinely love their teachers--Miss Taylor is a household favorite!--and they look forward to going every day. Her lesson plans and activities are well executed, fun, and Jack talks about them after school. So that's amazing! She is also an amazing "documenter" and communicator. She posts a lot and keeps us updated on what the kiddos are doing all the time. It truly makes being at work a little easier knowing that your kid is having fun and learning and engaged. Excellent lesson plans and execution (as well as showing you what your child is learning everyday) is an asset that helps set La Petite above the rest. Her work ethic, care, kindness, and knowledge really stand out. She even tries to time changing jacks diaper at the right time before pick up. Its amazing! And it means a lot especially when us parents don't know what the day will throw at us. Ms. Shae. Holy Cannoli. From the first time we met her we absolutely adored her. She is so smart. I can remember walking in the hall and she knew who everyone was, whose parents were who, when kiddos were getting picked up.... All the details. It's very impressive. It was very obvious that she knew everything and cared to the fullest capacity. Not only are her comfort and care immeasurable..... She engages the kids in a way that pulls them in and makes their minds think. She too has shown how amazing La Petite is. There is a lot of trash around. Forget about sleeping at night, as the drunks own the night and hoot and holler until the wee hours. The bathhouse is DISGUSTING. Needs to be remodeled in a bad way. The beach is slowing getting taken over by seaweed. So when you are swimming you spend your time dodging seaweed. Some areas are not even swimable. The shoreline will sometimes be full of stinky seaweed.

For a small annual fee you can become a member of this private club. There are some full time residents and some that use utilize the park on weekends or for vacations. Come out and give it a look and see if this is for you! You can't vacation at a better daily cost. Try doing that for your normal vacations. Being so close to Chicago you can go as often or as little as you like. So learn to kick back, relax by an open fire and turn off your worries (or cell phones) and de stress. Small life living could be the key to a better more enjoyable life.

And honestly the questions might have taken 2 minutes...like do you have any sites open and what kind of hook ups (water, electric, sewer) if any do they include...We might have set an appointment to come back and look around but the attitude and lack of customer service was so bad we won't be back.
