What sets Arrowhead apart from other camps is that it is a Christian Community. In terms of the day to day life of camp, this means that campers stay with their unit for all of their activities. She loved the first year and has been excited to go back every year since. During the camp week, the children learn the plays and put on a performance at the end of the week. The younger children go for a half day and the older children go for a full day during the 5 day week. The older and younger kids work together and separately throughout the day. All of the older children have been great role models for the younger kids and have taught my daughter how to help provide motivation to the younger campers. Steve and Karen lead the children through drama exercises during the week, help them learn a play that they will perform on the final day and make props for the performance. All the staff are very patient and kind to the children. Also, during the week, the kids get to see a performance put on by the Rehoboth Summer Children's Theatre group. These are full performances acted out by two individuals. The plays change from year to year and are fun to watch. This year my daughter will try the Film and TV Camp for the first time. It will be an exciting challenge to try something new. I'm sure this camp will be organized and as rewarding as the drama camps. We will be returning for more camps this summer and hopefully for more summers to come!

My husband found out they were opening up for their…read moreFall festival which included a petting zoo that included chickens, pigs/hogs, goats, Llamas, donkey, ponies, horses, rabbits, and turkies. The cost was not bad for the whole family, and kids under 2 are free. There were several various vendors, ice cream truck, taco food truck, and grilled food for sale. Parking was good and easy. My god-daughter enjoyed the pony ride. We definitely enjoyed the entire day here. My god-son fed and petted a few animals.

Plenty of beautiful horses, a petting area, a tree house & a park. We reserved time for the pony ride and petting zoo but it felt like we were rushed through our experience. The women who helped us immediately seemed frustrated because they overbooked 2 large parties along with our reservation, her vibe didn't feel welcoming because of their lack of organization. My kids did the pony ride literally 2 rounds (they wanted to keep going) then they had about 10 minutes in the petting zoo. That costs me around $60 & they do not take credit cards.
