I called Jay back and told him about the vibration and he said it was probably the tires because it had been sitting. I continued to drive the vehicle and all sorts of check engine lights came on stating ABS warning and defective, brakes bad, and low pressure tires. The left front tire had a slow leak and when I contacted Jay about all these issues he claimed that this vehicle had a lot of electronics and needed a constant trickle charger. When the tire went down completely I couldn't get the wheel off because Jay did not provide the proper tool to remove these wheels. Jay didn't want to do anything and wanted me to do all the running around to get the car fixed and never offered any reimbursement. Jay is also very arrogant and seems to think he's special. No one should buy a car from this junk dealer, all he offers is extremely high mileage cars.

I got it to a safe spot off the highway and did a quick online search for mobile diesel repair. Luckily, Piedmont Specialty Equipment Repair was one of the first companies I found. They picked up on the first ring and within about an hour, Brandon had rounded up the necessary parts needed for my repair and he was on the scene helping to get me back on the road. Very thankful for companies like this who are willing to come out and help regardless of time of day when others are happy to pass the buck and leave you sitting on the side of the road. I would say Piedmont's rates are perfectly fair as well. But here's a word of advice to any other companies in this lane. This is place is at Shoffners gas station, but is a new shop. to make a long story short. they had my car for almost two months.. Did not fix anything. I gave them an 800 deposit also. did not get my deposit back. Their mechanic "Josh" ignored my husband and I because instead of being a decent human being and telling us the truth saying he can't fix the car, would tell us OH it's ready then we try and come get it and he wouldn't be there. He ignored us and didn't show up to the place for two days after that. communication was so poor. Now we're out 800. The guy did nothing to our car besides take it apart.. it was running when we brought it to him. He was supposed to replace the head gasket. After two months we took it to a new shop tuesday which they said they'll replace head gasket in a week. My husband and I are honestly shocked that this happened to us. It's very disappointing. can't believe someone would be so cruel. We have two little girls. Which they saw. feeling heart broken about it. I pray this doesn't happen to someone else.
