Soonest apt was 3 days out but really need his help so agreed to all. Day of appointment, after receiving no proactive communication from Tim, I called him and he told me since it was expected to rain, he would need to push to later in the day. I said this was okay but that I would really be in a bind if the work wasn't completed within 2 days. A couple hours later in the afternoon when the rain had cleared I called Tim - no response. I followed up w/ a txt and no response. Over the coming 2 days I continued to reach out only to be totally ignored. Tim ultimately left us high and dry - I would not recommend him to anyone :(
