Ted has always been friendly. I have been to other superstar car washes and they are not all equal. There is one closer to my house but the employees are not as friendly and everything is always in proper working order. I have a monthly membership. read more

I was getting my car washed and I was pulling into the wash, and a employee by the name of Teddy started yelling and cussing at me to "hurry the f up". I told one of the employees this and he said the owner and him are friends and won't punish him. UPDATE***** The owner replied with an automated response with no real intention of repairing our vehicles. I have notice companies do this but never actually want to give any customer satisfaction. I stand by my above rating and experience. Ok this is a warning for anyone looking for a car wash co. They allow several cars in at once and the machine malfunctions regularly and the cars hit each other. It happened to my car and my daughters. We both called and no return calls from the car wash at all. They are priced like all other washes so do not come here for the value, save your car the damage. read more

I was vacuuming my car and witnessed an employee yelling at a visibly upset woman and forcing her to pull out of the lane. I overheard most of what happened because of where I was standing. I tried to check on here because you never want to see another woman treated so poorly but was unable. So glad I do not have a membership here!!! Absolutely no other employees stood up for her! Never would I give my business to a company that is obviously run by a bunch of women hating men!!! Don't go here if you are a woman. If I hadn't already paid and washed my car I would have left. I'm so glad that I didn't need any help after seeing how this man treated a woman. I do not feel safe returning here and would advise all other women to stay far away. The location is prime the pricing is pretty reasonable per wash and they even offer unlimited plans. The service is great but they really push hard for you to sign up for a membership. I wish they would change up their air freshener scent and had consistent pressure on their vacuums. Some vacuums work great and some barely work and are falling apart. read more

I purchased a buy two for the price of one top tier car wash for $34. You receive a tape receipt for the second car wash. I returned after a month or so with my receipt, and after a sales pitch for the monthly plan (you're one of my top three customers that aren't on a monthly plan) the second paid wash was declined. Apparently they have a short time after purchase in which they must be used before they lose value. I expected it to be similar to a gift card that can never lose value. He opened the gate and lifted the cones to allow me access to the street. I left without a wash. Look carefully if you buy two washes for the price of one. You may feel a sting! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for a car wash, and during the wash, my window cracked. I immediately reported this to the on-site manager, who handled the situation in a completely unprofessional manner. When I asked to file a formal report, he responded with attitude and stated that they would not take responsibility--though he reluctantly agreed to document the incident. To make matters worse, the manager falsely claimed in the report that the crack was already present. However, when reviewing the security footage, it clearly showed that no such crack existed prior to the wash. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against using this business. read more

On April 13th, I visited this location and was told by the attendant they were running a BOGO special. He stated that my next wash would be free. He stated the system will scan my license plate and let me proceed. Yesterday, April 27th, I visited this location again. It would not allow me to proceed unless I purchased a membership. No free wash, no one time wash...just the membership options. A male individual came out and offered to help. When I explained what I had been told during my last visit, he said he couldn't help me and I needed to buy a car wash. Since there was a line of cars behind me, I couldn't not simply back out and leave; so I again paid for the $11.00 wash and drove through. This is false advertising and entrapment to get a customer to return and then force him to pay again. I will NEVER visit any of your locations again. Perhaps you should look at the way the manager on Mission Ave in Escondido, CA runs his operation...5000 times better customer service. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but felt compelled to due to the manager as well as employees at this location. As far as car washes go, its on par with its counterparts, it got my car clean, just as 99% of the time they all do, same equipment, same microfiber cloths, air fresheners, dash wipes, but what this particular location stand out to me was for starters, its well stocked, no shortage of microfiber towels, not only that but they didnt smell. 80% of tge locations i go to, they smell, bad, musty. I wont use them in my vehicle. But i couldnt find one.bad smelling.musty microfiber at this location, so this time, i did use them for my interior, i know sometimes it happens, but not at this location, because the workers go the extra mile, even if they did smell, it wouldnt deter me, because its the manager and employees that made me feel like they genuinely cared about the jobs they do, and always have smiles, which makes me want to smile :) So thank you Ali, Jimmy.and Anthony !! read more

I'm done with this company, been to two of their locations and it's the same story at both of them. I have a fast pass and wash my vehicle once a week or more if needed. I have never had a time where something didn't work. Nine time out of ten it's the fast pass reader and you have to wait for one of the not so friendly employees to come try and help, but there is such turnover with their employees that they're not efficient in helping. Often the vacuums and air compressors are also not working. I have tried to contact their customer service but they never return phone calls or emails. What bothers me the most is I paid for the top level unlimited wash, and half the time I don't get all of the options I paid for. Again, no customer service to help remedy the issue. read more

Dedicated fast pass lane is a joke. You have attendants directing some into this lane and then they have a long conversation with them on the services etc. if you're going to market a dedicated fast pass lane for members what is the purpose when you have nonmembers going through that lane debating what they want, having a long conversation with the attendant, making members wait longer. If you can't hold true to your marketing don't false advertise. read more

Been here a few times and a number of the vacuums have no or very little suction, and then I've seen multiple cars stuck at the gate to even enter the wash and I've seen various employees manning the wash line and not a single one looks like they want to be there. Gave em 2 stars because the actual car wash works and the lot is clean. Price is no better than any of the bigger companies where you could have way more locations to visit across the state. read more

First timer & opted just to pay for an upgraded $15 wash. I'm not keen into getting into the monthly withdrawal b/c it often takes "forever" for them to end your membership. The issue I had with charging my card for a membership that I didn't authorize was resolved. The first time it was a problem with Superstar Car Wash (6 months of charging) this time it was my credit card company's fault. Jose Garcia and Deanna Dominguez took care of the issue quickly. I WAS WRONG. However, it would be wonderful if they had a dedicated customer service number that you are able to speak with an actual person or at least leave a message!
